We had a salt water filter system already installed at the house when we bought it several years ago. The water was slimy in the shower, our ice was funny tasting and we never drink our water from the refridge because it had a funny taste. Yesterday we had our system installed and instantly noticed a difference. As a test we kept two glasses of water before installation and then poured two glasses of water after installation. They really stand behind their work!! We had a water pressure issue that began 8 months ago. When we called for service, the technician was new and replaced one part. It didn't fix the problem! My husband said there was nothing else they could do . Yesterday we had an issue with a toilet and called a plumber. After he fixed the toilet, we asked him to look into the water pressure issue. He immediately say that it was not a plumbing problem. We called Life Source again to serve our water softener system. They told us we would have to pay a service fee and more. They were out the very next day. Kyle and Joe were awesome. The replaced two parts , but took both tanks apart and inspected everything. They fixed it!!! They even cleaned up the mess they had made. My wife and I purchased a whole house water purifier from LifeSource around 11 or 12 years ago, we were extremely happy with this product. Last month (December 2019) I received a call from Charde (a sales rep from LifeSource) informing me that my unit is over 10 years old and that is their limit for that unit's warranty, she encouraged me to replaced it, we agreed. On Monday January 13th their installer Jason showed up on time as promised and began the removal and the installation of the new unit. Jason kept me informed every step of the installation process and suggested several improvements/changes to the copper piping connecting to the house, so Jason also changed the new unit drainage PVC pipes. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job with a smile. We (my wife and I) highly recommend the product LifeSource and their sales rep Charde and I would recommend for you to insist on having Jason as your installer. read more

Jimmy Tavernese the instillation/ service manager was great! He has installed twice for us and disconnected once (we moved). He is friendly, knowledgeable and even pointed out a leaky hose bib that we hadn't noticed and he fixed it free of charge. Ben in sales is great as well. The customer service department could have better communication, and Christy was very rude when I spoke to her regarding my reinstall. FYI if you move homes the system will be $250 to disinstall and $400-600 to reinstall. After spending almost $5000 on two tanks I wasn't happy to have to spend more a few years later, but overall I'm happy with the system. read more

Today, 06/14/22, I had my second Life Source Whole House Water System installed. Second system you ask? Yes, the first one lasted approximately 20 years which I find extraordinary. My system had outlived its useful life and I was so happy with it that I wanted to replace it with the same system!! I was advised that my installers would arrive between 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Arrive they did on time, in fact, they were early. Joe quickly introduced himself and his assistant Andrew and they got immediately to work. In slightly less than an hour they were done. They had me come out and inspect and refresh me in the operation of the system. To say that Joe and Andrew were polite, courteous, friendly, and efficient would be an understatement. They could not have exceeded my expectations any more than they did. So again, I find myself a very, very happy Life Source Water System customer. I received no benefit from writing this review other than the satisfaction of having been well served by a great company and its employees. LifeSource Water Systems does great work and is an extremely professional business. I purchased the Elite ScaleSolver PowerPac 1" system and it operates beautifully. I have had two prior water purification systems and they were either a chore or continued to cost me money. Now, I no longer need to lug salt or pay a company to switch the tanks. I was also able to set-up a payment plan that permitted me to make payments on my new system over the year without interest. I have had the system a year and my water tastes great throughout the house. It is a outstanding system. Do not be put off by the fact their office is in San Clemente. I live in the north county inland area of San Diego and the LifeSource Water Systems people were always punctual and quick to respond. They truly are a great group of people with whom to work.
