His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Changed the PRV valve and it wasn't even the problem so money was wasted there... so CALL CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER FIRST!!

We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Last night, hot water suddenly stopped coming out. My Noritz hot water heater was installed about 6 years ago but failed to do the job. I called AT HOUSE before 8 AM this morning and left a message. Within 5 minutes, I received a return call from a person named Hiro. He kindly informed me that he would contact one of the technicians and send him soon. Less than an hour later, I got a call from Zaire, a technician from AT HOUSE, saying he would be arriving soon. How lucky I was! When he arrived, he quickly found the problem. He said he would pick up the parts needed for repairs and come by in the afternoon. He indeed came with the right parts and within an hour or so, miraculously, the water heater is working again! Zaire seemed to know what he was doing. I seldom see such a pleasant guy like Zaire. He is so confident and his work is exceptional. It was done in less than a day and Zaire and Hiro made it so simple. I am impressed by Zaire and Hiro's prompt service. I have no doubt that AT HOUSE will give the most efficeient and fastest service to anyone who needs service regarding a water heater. read more

What a great job!!!!!! Hiro is Real hero for tankless heater and all other services they provide. I had couple of contractors gave me quotes but we're not helpful. I checked on Internet for authorize dealer and found At House and read good reviews . I called them and fortunately Hiro came to my house same day and explain me and gave me options and recommend what tankless heater and water softener will work well. After checking I have the work done today September 23rd . What good job and clean up after work and did beyond my expectations. At House team showed their professionalism and competitiveness. Out Rinnai water heater was leaking and one of local plumbers came and declared it un-repairable and quoted sky-high price for replacing the whole unit. At House tech came in and identified the cause right away and helped us to call Rinnai for warranty claim. They replaced the heat exchanger part under warranty and problem fixed! And they only charge very reasonable labor cost which will for sure to secure their position as my water heater service company forever! I will recommend them to anyone who has tankless water heater issue (particular Rinnai). You won't disappointed! read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our Noritz unit was installed by them back in 2014 and recently developed a water leak. I phoned in the issue and in under 3 hours we had service ring our door bell. Parts were needed for the repair that required an overnight wait, but the serviceman left us with hot water service while we awaited the parts. He returned the next day and completed the repairs, all parts were under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor. Recently I called them out for a service call to fix a minor leak in one of the tankless heaters (make sure to do your yearly descaling if you have hard water!). They did free estimation, however, they recommended stay with tank because the location of water heater required long venting and it cost too much.
