Just had LifeSource install my 3rd system. Have had the other two for over 6 years and they have worked great giving us great tasting water in HB and FV. Joe Hernandez and his partner Frank were on time and did a very clean and neat installation. They worked around the fire protection system and added a hose adapter to the flush line so that I can direct the water to my plants. The Ultimate system is in my CM house and I added the ApaPure filter to kill any viruses or bacteria that might enter the water system. My wife tried the water from the kitchen faucet and was excited that the chlorine taste was gone. We had to use bottled water to make our coffee and tea before this. read more

We had this installed 20 years ago and it was never plumbed correctly. Only the hot water side. Every time we called for filters they didn't recognize us as owners even though we provided copies of our receipt. It never did anything to help hard water so if that's what you're looking for this isn't the company to use. We recently installed West Coast Water Filtration and it is performing seamlessly. We got our water softener service five years ago, and so we called Lifesource company for the 5th year period system maintenance. Yesterday they sent Eddie over our house, he is very polite, kind and experienced, he checked on everything, replaced with a new tank...At the end, Eddie suggested me to turn on all the water faucets to release pressure in the pipes which is totally make sense and helpful. We'd been looking at getting a whole house filtration system for a while, and finally decided to go for it. We have friends who have been happy with their LifeSource system for years, so decided to go with them. Ben came out to discuss installation and give us an estimate, and Eddie did a great job installing the tanks in a shed adjacent to our garage. My mother had a system installed a few months ago and she loved it so much she gave me one for my birthday! DJ came out to assess the property and explain the system to us. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. On the day of install Kyle came out on time and ready to work. Our job took a little more time to complete due to us being in an HOA and having to be very careful about the placement of our system. Kyle was really nice too (I think this company sends their employees to Chick fil A for courtesy training!)! We usually complain about service and rudeness these days but this company has great people working there. Kyle was really professional and showed he cared about the quality of workmanship. I had my whole house filtration system installed yesterday. I usually expect contractors and service providers to arrive later than their scheduled time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the tech had arrived early and was waiting for the scheduled time before knocking on the door. Eddie was the tech that arrived first. He was knowledgeable and did not waste time getting to work setting up the system. A Ozzy the second tech arrived and promptly got to getting to work. They both had great attitudes, communicated well and worked diligently to get my system installed. They kept me abreast of any issues or changes. I had to leave before they were done and Eddie made sure to call me to remind and instruct me on how to flush the piping before using the water for drinking or cooking.
