I made and appointment and on the say of my appointment, the wait time for me to be called was short. While I was waiting, the receptionist even had to deal with a cantankerous man trying to con them out of getting free batteries for his hearing aid. He was difficult. Certainly one of those situation where many receptionists may lose their patience. The way the receptionist handled that situation was quite masterful in customer service; polite and respectful but not letting him get away with that.

I sent 3 E-mails, and made 4 calls, in the last 2+ months to Hearing Life for that card - ALL IGNORED!!! Avoid these sammers!!!

My mom has been to one dr who was incompetent in removing the wax and so we are seeing a specialist to have them do it then back to Pacific Hearing for the Dr to set her other hearing aid. It's been a back and forth process but he is very reliable and nice and very professional. He knows what he is doing 100%!!

I completed my appointment with Dr. Worrell and walked out of the building but wasn't sure about a few things regarding treatment so I went back inside. I asked his staff a few more questions I needed further explanation on and the two ladies I spoke with were irritated and bothered by my questions. I don't remember their names, but their attitudes were unacceptable. I don't understand why the attitude when just trying to get confirmation about their protocols. To be fair, not all their staff was rude, just the two I contacted after my appointment.

I expressed my frustration last time and Dr. Worrel said that EENT are hard to come by but the office was not busy every time we come. They gave us an appointment for today March 27. When we came the office manager said they cancelled our appointment without letting us know because of our sentiment last time. My mother is a handicap so hard to prepare her for the appointment only to be told they cancelled us without prior notice. I'm filing a complain to the Medical Board of California for abuse/neglect of my 85 years old and handicap mother.
