Dirty nail stations. Got a gel mani and my tech wore no gloves and no mask. The table was full of tons of nail dust and all the drills and polishes were covered in dead skin and dust. My tech drilled my nails down way to much and now my nail beds are unhealthy. Not coming back sorry. read more

I came in. I explained over the phone in person and when I sat down that I had just recently got my nails redone. They were too long and all I wanted was them to be shorter and repainted they insisted that I get a fill so of course I got one. She then applied the acrylic the same length as the original ones that I asked to be cut shorter filed them all off made them look real good and before she was done, I noticed and I said hey I actually want them to be shorter... she said " what do you mean you want them shorter?" And I said I specifically told you when I sat down what I wanted done and this is not it. She then proceeded to get a very bad attitude with me cut my nails shorter, of course because that's what I had originally wanted did not file them off. I still have pieces of debris and extra nail Underneath and around my nails, they are not even whatsoever. Her name was khole. I am not happy and I will not be coming back here ever again.. the way she traded me was absolutely ridiculous when I come in there and I pay for a service I'm paying you to do this job. Please do it the way that I want you to do it and don't get upset with me when you and then leave me with botched nails that I now have to pay someone else to fix again. Super disappointed, not at all .!!! Please note that I did specifically say over the phone when I wanted what I wanted when I walked in and was at the front desk and when I sat down at her chair, still leopard print and it looks like or just black dots. To me the prices are a bit high for the place. A friend and I each got a pedicure. The women did take her time, didn't talk at all, then put my flip flops back on for me once she was done. There were a lot of colors to choose from, but the place itself really needs a good cleaning. It's extremely dusting and dirty. To me that's unacceptable when you're running a business and people are coming to get beauty services done. It's a big place with a lot of stations, but only half are being used. The technician who painted my nails did an ok job at painting the nails themselves. My nail polish chipped just days after. I would personally not come back. read more

I've never loved my nails when i've been here before, but this experience was by far the worst i've had. I just wanted a gel color change on my nails (which was double the price of the other salon i usually go to) and she started cleaning up my cuticles. She accidentally cut me on my middle finger pretty bad and it began to bleed quite a bit. Firstly, She didn't use gloves while attending to the cut and got blood on her hands and i didn't see her wash them once. My finger would not stop bleeding but she did the rest of my nails while we waited for that one to be okay. It continued to have a pool of blood on the bottom of my nail and she used the nail polish brush and got my blood in the brush, and proceeded to put the brush back in the bottle of nail polish, and then used that nail polish for the rest of my nails. It's a huge health hazard to contaminate products that are used on multiple people with blood borne pathogens especially if you're causing open wounds right near the area you're applying it too. I still paid full price, they didn't offer any discount or anything for the manicure. I'm highly disappointed. read more

Stay far far away. I understand your salon closes at 5 I showed up at 4:00 and was told that you may not have someone to do my nails. I wanted a basic pedicure. The guy at the front said he would see what he can do but whoever was working that didn't have a client would decide if they wanted to work. I waited and the guy said pick a color so I thought okay I will be in and out. I sat in their waiting room for 35 minutes before he came to me and said that nobody wanted to do my pedicure. Worst experience. I went in to have some gel removed and then have polish done. The person that did my nails didn't even get all of the gel off before he started painting. (Which I didn't realized until I left.) The paint wouldn't dry fast enough for him (because he was painting over gel) so he started working with another client. Every 5-10 minutes he'd come check to see if they were dry and by the 4th time he said they were done. I got in my car and immediately smudged one nail and that's when I noticed there was still gel on my nails. Before I even got out of the parking lot half of my nails were ruined because the polish couldn't dry on the gel. I won't be going back. read more

Love this place. I am in town often so had to find a new nail salon. Ty is my go-to guy, but from what I've seen, everyone is fantastic. The only time I had to wait was the day all of the HS girls were getting ready for prom. Every other time I've been there, I get right in. I've had gel and dip, and pedis...all are a 10 out of 10. My nails (dip) and toes (shellac!) were done perfectly. The shop also sewed masks while they were closed, giving back to the community. My drive from Stillwater was well worth it. Well at first i was really excited to come here, looked like the most decent nail place around. I got my pedicure then waited to get my nails fixed (i had got them done else where and i just needed a new design painted on). They WERE SO RUDE and i was embarrassed quite honestly. I went because this is a 4 star rated place but when I go in they said a 15 minute wait which I was fine with but 15 minutes turned into 40 then when I got my nails done they were crooked and she didn't even paint the side of my nails my sister wanted short nails and the lady told her she was not allowed to do short and did whatever she wanted not to mention I asked for coffin shape and got square this was the worst experience I've ever had very expensive too read more
