I have had the worst experience finding a nail salon since moving from Illinois to Oklahoma. I've tried 3 separate places and I feel like I finally stubbled across the best of ALL times!! I didn't catch anyone's names but the guy at the front worked miracles fixing the disaster looking nails I came in with that I JUST got done at another place the day before. Went here on a Friday after work around 3:30- 4:00 and it was VERY busy. My wait was about 20 mins. Which I didn't mind waiting around I was recommended by an employee to go see Jay . Now being as busy as they were I was going to just deal with whomever I got ...but, I was lucky enough to get Jay . He did amazing he likes to mess with you and joke around but he did amazing and cared about what he was doing .. I ended up getting an ombré color and I will as well send friends & family his way. I will need to go back for pedi soon. Highly recommend let Jay know I sent you ! But be aware he will give you some sh!t. Lol read more

Had a horrible experience. I had an emergency mid-pedicure ( just before polish) that required me to leave immediately. I paid for my full pedicure and left. Came back 15 min later. There were two clients waiting when I arrived. I made sure the owner, Jane, knew I was back and sat to wait. They seated the two ladies waiting which was fine but then proceeded to wait on the next FOUR women who walked in and left me sitting. When I finally did say something the owner could not have cared less. She would not refund any of the $$$ and would only allow the person who started my manicure to finish it. I waited over an hour for polish only. So if courtesy and service are what you're looking for this is not the place. read more

I have been there before with my mom, and didn't have a problem. This one day I went, my nails were done terribly, and I also got my eyebrows done. While she was cutting my eyebrow hair with the scissors, she CUT MY SKIN to the point to where I was bleeding. Then she proceeded to call one of her friends over to look at it, and started laughing. Every time I go in there I'm there for at least 2.5 hours. Even if I have an appointment they still don't see you on time. The salon will honestly take anyone just make a buck! I sat in the pedi chair with my feet soaking for 45 minutes. The only reason I went back is because they did do a good job. However, the last time I went the half assed everything. This nail saloon left me desiring more. My nails were done in a sloppy, rushed manner as well as my pedicure. When I returned home I had to touch up my toes to rid them of excess polish. In addition the nail techs were gossiping and caring on with one another and not engaging the customer. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, even if it may not be the worst in existence. My mom and three sisters needed our nails done for a wedding. We gave about a 45 minute notice, which was okayed by the salon. When we got there, it was busy. That's fine. They sat us down somewhat quickly, and techs started on my mom and youngest sister. My other sister and I were both started late, but I wasn't started until maybe twenty minutes after everyone else in my party, which is a problem. I had originally wanted a French manicure, which is what my sister was also getting. Well, I took one look at the sloppy, ugly job the tech was doing on my little sister's nails and switched to regular polish (I was still waiting). Not only was my sister's tech taking forever to do basic French tips, she was doing an embarrassing job of it. My tech's name was Amy. I asked Amy to skip the unnecessary leg scrub and hot towels they do as part of a regular pedicure, because we were on a serious time crunch, and I couldn't be twenty minutes behind everyone else. I asked Amy to skip this three times. Amy, literally, refused. She said that she was still going to do it, but that I would get out at the same time. Well, the the scrub ended up hurting my already-exfoliate skin. It burned. Then, I was so far behind I switched to one nail color instead of two, because I was still so far behind. Amy got a little pissy with me about this. When the pedicure was done, I said I would put my own flip flops back on, but she insisted. She then got angry because she kept telling me "don't look", but I couldn't understand her through her accent. She did the manicure as well, and got upset with me for making a face when she ripped out the stump of a hangnail, and proceeded to accordingly hold up my finger in my face to show where the hangnail was. Sorry, I feel pain like everyone else, and hangnails can happen. She then slathered some of their extremely cheap, crappy lotion on my arms. By the way, when you leave a salon. Your hands aren't supposed to feel bone-dry and starved for moisture, especially if they didn't feel that way going in. So Amy finished her simple one-color manicure. I was about fifteen minutes behind the rest of my family. My manicure is already cracked and chipped in places, one day later. Also, there was absolutely no shaping done whatsoever. My nails are the same shape they were when I walked in. They look like I painted them at home. And that's annoying.This was the farthest thing from a relaxed experience. You could not pay me to walk back in that salon. read more

i don't even want to give this place one star. they are very slow. i understand being busy, but when you keep saying a few more minutes and that turns into an hour, that's a bit ridiculous. they are also hateful. they don't care about their service. they are careless about their work. my friend and i went there to get our nails done and when we walked in they said we can take one of you now and it'll be a few minutes for you so i said okay. my friend went and sat down and her nails were completely done by the time they were ready for me. and on top of that, the women doing her nails cut her skin around her nail on every finger. she left with every finger bleeding. and they have roaches. we were waiting for my mom to come pick us up and a roach straight up came out of the wall. i seriously don't suggest it. these pictures were at least 11 hours after and still in very much pain and bleeding. read more
