Nothing serious was brought to our attention during the inspection process but we decided to have the shower inspected in order to have peace of mind when using it. MC Plumbing was willing to come out and take a quick look at no cost to us. The representative was able to tell us which plumbing fixtures were original to the home and that if any poor craftsmanship was done in the shower it was in the tile work because he wasn't seeing signs of the rubber barrier that is supposed be between the floor and the tile and can often be seen in the drain. We appreciated the knowledge the representative was able to share and that he was willing to do it at no cost since it was a quick walk through.
