Don't have to look far, in NE Indy and Noblesville there are 24 dermatology practices, have found one with offices in Anderson, very happy there.

Somehow this company moved from Suite 118 in early 2016 and the billing that I received at the end of 2016 reflected Suite 118, and the next billing I received in August of this year also reflected Suite 118. I don't understand how there were four checks mailed by insurance, and none of them made it to the provider, none of them were cashed And I keep getting billed. I realize the third-party and this is the United States Postal Service. I seriously think that the real fault is whoever now resides in Suite 118 who has not refused the checks and returned the mailings. I believe that Swofford has a major responsibility in this because they have not corrected their remit to address on there Billings since they moved.
