We had companies bid where we could "lease" the equipment, a bid where we could buy directly from them and install the system ourselves which was supposed to save us nearly 40%. The company where we would install it ourselves told us it would "only take a day or two" to install the system. Luckily, before I pulled the trigger with any of these other companies, I met Patrick with Sovereign Solar. Patrick gave us a bid that was only slightly higher then the bid where we were going to have to install the system ourselves (including the permitting process and working with the local utility company.) Patrick did an excellent job navigating through the licensing and permitting process with both the local government as well as the local utility company. I can tell you this was not an easy process and one that I had no desire to deal with. Patrick and his team (Kyle and Ray) completed our project professionally and in a timely manner. Patrick has always been very responsive to questions and any concerns. I saved enough money that as an added bonus, I had Patrick install the "Sense" monitoring system so we can see exactly what appliances are using electricity and how much. So basically, if you are serious about getting a solar system....stop wasting your time looking around.....I have already done all the research and Sovereign Solar should be your first and only call.

They also had all the other options that the national companies have, including, access to high quality equipment, and financing options, but with a local presence in this area for several years. Patrick has proven to be dedicated to his customers, by always responding to our texts and phone calls without hesitation. In addition, Sovereign Solar USA and their employees worked with us to meet an installation date before the end of the year, with only a couple of months to do so. This not only included the actual installation, but also getting our Electrical Company's application processed. This was done without losing quality workmanship in the process. The installers Nick and Kyle also impressed us with their work ethic, knowledge, and customer service. Provide explanation about how panels function, how you get credits from the utility company etc. The panels are very efficient too... I was told that the objective of the solar panels is to reduce the electricity bill by 80% to 90%. But I was really surprised when I saw my first electricity bill to be negative. Now, I am getting few more panels installed to offset my gas bill. I have decided to make a small change in my life style. In winter, in stead of using my gas furnace all day, I am also using local room heaters. This will reduce the use of gas furnace and reduce my gas bill.... Energy One also gave me a decent financing offer but I had resources to pay for the solar panels. The financing offer that E1 gave me, was just replacing my monthly utility bill with the monthly financing installment. It was a great option too....

This so far has been well worth it since we are living through an erratic global climate change that creates extreme temperatures no matter whether Summer or Winter. Today they emailed me to remind me that I hadn't scheduled my Winter tune-up, and was thankful they reminded me to do so. As promptly as possible their service gentleman showed up this afternoon and provided me with service that I would describe as above and beyond. Their last technician just did some basics, but this serviceman actually checked out flue pipe and also checked to make sure we did not have any carbon dioxide leaks. I didn't think it was necessary, but hey' better to be safe than sorry. If I knew and spoke to anyone who needed a new unit or service their old, I would highly recommend this company.

Nicole offered to pay us back the money. To this day Nicole has done nothing to satisfy resolving the problems created by b2mechanical.
