I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I am not a person who has ever loved to work out or a considered myself gym rat, but this gym makes working out a pleasant experience.

He knows how to challenge you without pushing you beyond what's appropriate, which has helped me gain strength, balance, and energy I didn't think was possible at my age. What I appreciate most is Mike's encouragement and positive attitude. He makes workouts enjoyable and motivating, and he genuinely cares about his clients' progress and well being. I was having to use a walker to walk any distance. I read that lifting weights was the best exercise to get stronger. I needed help. I walked in to Spring Fitness and met Micheal Molek. I ask him if he could help me. He said yes I can. I don't have to use my walker anymore. Micheal has helped me get so much stronger. I was next to being in a wheelchair and through his patient encouragement and being so knowledgeable about the body and what to do to make you stronger I can enjoy my life again. It's a small gym, but it has a real family vibe where everyone no matter age or fitness level feels welcome. A member can train on his own, join small group training classes, or work out with a personal trainer. Small group classes are limited to ensure each member gets the proper attention. The only factor that keeps me from giving it a 5 is that the only weight equipment for legs and glutes is a squat rack. I would love leg press, leg extension, and leg curl equipment.

I tried going to the gym, which worked out for a while, but I soon became bored with the constant repetition. I needed something a little more interesting. Lo and behold, I stumbled across this gym. Met the owner Jeff on an open gym day, who offered a free class before a membership, but I decided to become a member right then and there anyways. Best decision I could've possibly made. Here's a mental picture of a typical weekday evening, maybe around 7: walking into the gym, the first thing you see and hear are the punching bags. The smack of gloves against rubber, and then a timer going off every minute or so at a constant rate. Look to your right, a small class of new members doing a warm up. Look up at the boxing ring, a sparring match is taking place while the owner Jeff is on the sideline throwing in commentary for improvement. Chairs by the front might be occupied by a mom or two, watching as her little ones learn the basics of shadow boxing and how to wrap their hands for protection. All whilst rap music is blasting throughout the gym. With this scene in front of you, you won't be able to shake off this need to put in some work. Moving onto the actual classes. Not going to lie, the first few days suck. The workout with the instructor Jorge is going to kick your ass- I've been here for a little more than a month and for some classes I show up to, there's someone running to the bushes outside to puke at the very end. I've seen a military personnel practically winded- guess boot camp has nothing on here! But as the weeks pass by, you start noticing that hey... I did 10 more than the last time. This doesn't suck as much. And you start noticing how your stamina is improving, and that makes everything so incredibly worthwhile. You can thank Jorge for that, an amazing instructor who will push you beyond your boundaries, but understands that the body still has physical limits and will always want your health to come first. All around fantastic gym with great energy. I highly recommend to anyone seeking out a good workout for a very good deal, wants to relieve some stress, or plan on becoming the next Rocky. This is the place you want to be at.

I've been to other fitness classes and "functional fitness" gyms, and let me tell you... this one hits different. The coaches are somehow equal parts drill sergeant, hype squad, and therapist. They know your name, your limits, and exactly when you're about to fake tie your shoe to skip burpees. (Nice try, though.) And here's the kicker, they actually know what they're talking about. Just because someone has a cert doesn't mean they should be coaching. These coaches? They coach. The vibe? Immaculate. The workouts? Brutal... in that "why am I smiling after nearly passing out?" kind of way. And the community? It's like the cool kids' table if the cool kids welcomed everyone and high-fived you just for showing up. Even if you've been here before or thought, "I've done this type of workout," come again. Seriously. You've probably never experienced it like this. F45 Klein has that magic mix of accountability, fun, and sweat-soaked camaraderie that somehow makes you want to keep coming back. Try one class. Worst case? You get a killer workout. Best case? You accidentally fall in love with it. Either way: worth it. And if you've made it this far and are thinking, "I can't do that, I'm sick / injured / [insert reason here]"--don't sell yourself short. She coaches form over weight, and is very diligent about checking in with each class member for any injuries/limitations she needs to be aware of.
