I had Lifta respond via AAA to replace my flat tire. My technician was actually great. He was personable. It was snowy and he worked quickly so I could get on my way. Unfortunately, the spare tire wasn't tightened (Which I didn't realize). I stopped twice on my way home to double check to be sure I didn't have a second flat tire. I only drove the car home that Saturday, and my husband drove it Monday morning to have the tire replaced. It didn't go any other place. My husband also thought he had a flat. When we took it to be replaced, the service tech sent us a video of how loose the tire was. Well, the loose tire damaged the tire studs. We had to pay $406 to have new tire rods put on. We have a video showing the loose tire, an invoice from the service department saying the damage was from the spare tire not being tightened. AAA and Lifta refuse to reimburse us for the $406. Sad that the tech was so nice, but this is terrible service. read more
