Boy was I wrong, i was able to sit for a haircut with Alyssa and get my hair dyed by Kaitlyn who were attentive and listened to what I was looking for. I wanted a bit of dimension while still being brunette as I have naturally dark and flat hair... and I loved how the results turned out.
