Came here with my family. My niece loves Disney so this was perfect for her. This Disney immersive experience is located in the crystals shop. We checked in early and were able to draw and take pictures outside before heading into the show. When we got in, they had a few benches scattered around to sit on or you could sit on the floor, which is what we all ended up doing. The walls showed clips of the different Disney movies. Throughout the show, bubbles and fake snow also came out of the ceiling, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall, I think this experience was overpriced if you were to pay normal price. Lucky we got a cyber money deal which was half off for the basic ticket. I'm pretty sure if you have little ones who love Disney, it would be worth it. read more

Family trip with a 2 year old in Vegas and friends who brought their kids too. As we all love Disney, we didn't want to miss this. So we got tickets to see this since we don't know where else we can bring our kids. I been to the Van Gogh immersive experience before and enjoyed it alot but it was in a different location. So I thought this would be a cool too. I didn't think this was great since this is only in a really big room with Disney movies clips showing on the wall and occasionally with bubbles. It has a very big space for kids to run around. I didn't think it's interactive. I even got the interactive light bracelet. I also think it's ridiculous that I was able to save about $30 for 9 tickets if I buy family & friends pack by doing 2 transaction instead buying as group tickets. Overall, I was disappointed and unsure if I would go to another immersive experience if it's at this location. read more

We are Disney fanatics and wanted to check out this experience before it leaves the Strip. It's located in the Crystal Shops next to the Aria hotel. The experience ticket gets you entrance to the event, a seat cushion, light up bracelet, and lithograph. We had two tickets and both got the same lithograph, but ok. The entry area has some Disney memorabilia and art on the walls and you can look at it before going into the showroom. There are a few benches and most of the seating is on the floor. The theater screens are the walls that surround the room and the movies play on all the walls simultaneously - depending on where you sit you'll see certain parts. Not all seats are created equally, so be aware. They "interactive" component is that the light bracelets will light up during certain parts of the show and there are bubbles, but they were very wet and we ended up damp as a result. The show itself was ok, some of the songs were interesting choices, but for the most part it was ok. The cost didn't equal the entertainment, but 2 for 1 makes it a little more palatable. read more

We looove Disney! We found a Black Friday deal for this experience, so we took advantage. I booked the 7:15pm slot on a Saturday night. The place wasn't as crowded as we had anticipated. We were able to enjoy the exhibit without too many people walking in front of the wall projector screen. We were enthusiastic about singing the soundtracks since we grew up watching Disney movies in the 90s. Our favorites were The Lion King, Aladdin, and Tangled. The dry ice bubbles during Frozen were a nice addition. Although it was disappointing not to see more classic Disney like Cinderella, Snow White, and Beauty and the Beast, it was still a great experience for anyone who loves Disney. Service: Staff were nice and friendly. Parking: Aria. Free parking for the first 3 hours of Self-Park, except during special events, with a valid NV driver license. Otherwise, $18 from Monday through Thursday, $23 from Friday through Sunday. It's a short walk to The Shops at Crystals. (As of November 2024) read more

The Immersive Disney Animation is a wonderful experience that kids will enjoy. The various Disney movies are shown on a myriad of large screens which, surround the entire room. The acoustics are amazing as are the bright vibrant colors depicted on the screens. The room is extremely large allowing for kids to run around as they chase the interactive displays on the floor. However, most impressive were the bubbles which, were released from the ceiling and covered the entire room. This was definitely the highlight for most kids as they chased them around the room. This is definitely something I'm sure any kid who enjoys disney movies would appreciate seeing. read more

We took our 4 year old grandson to experience the Disney Immersive Experience today. He loves the characters and was looking forward to seeing this show! It was cool, with the bubbles being his favorite part. The issues we had came with the complex. The music was far too loud, and although there are shows for sensory kids, our grandson was fine with the music until the extremely loud crescendos. We felt for the size of the room, the increase in decibels was uncalled for and hurtful to his ears! It would have been nicer to have highlighted more of Walt Disney's classic movies as well. If a smaller selection was highlighted for a little longer time in song, it would have held his attention and ours better. It was often difficult to know where to look in the room, with the screen moving around so much it was difficult to take it all in. I truly dislike being negative, but this whole experience catered to older children, including the waiting area for the only activity was pictures of how to draw a character, take a picture with a still, or read about animation. On our way to the venue, we saw a Mickie mouse on the street in front of the M & M store... why couldn't you provide some Disney characters to interact with before or after the show? Tickets were pricey for what it entailed, plus additional processing fees... I would suggest ear covers and taking snacks, as the concession stand prices were outrageous! We took our own snacks and water, so it was a good idea to do so. Overall, I gave it only three stars for the listed issues. The bathrooms are a little bit of a walk outside of the theater, The staff were friendly enough, but the show could use some adjustments to win over the younger children. read more

We were in Vegas and decided to check out the Disney Immersive Experience being featured at the art studio inside The Shops at Crystals. We were really disappointed with the attraction and felt it was a total rip off. It was basically a collection of various Disney clips projected onto large walls with loud music. There were some "interactive" features such as bubbles coming down for the Little Mermaid and Frozen portions but nothing compared to what the website advertised. Also the show only lasted about 45 minutes. Not even the length of a full movie! Each ticket was $40 for general admission (even for children older than 2) or $35 if you buy 4 or more tickets. I spent over $150 for 4 people to watch short clips of various Disney movies that we already owed at home. FYI they charge more if you purchase at the venue versus online but don't mention the price discrepancy either on their website or in person. If you are going to go, I suggest you purchase your tickets online. The only plus was that The Shops offered free valet parking. Shame on them for taking advantage of parents and people who love Disney. read more

the disney show is so good, we went for a second time!! first time, we went with a baby 6 months and She was sort of into it, but obviously couldn't appreciate it the way we hoped. Went again around 18 months and lol She was still pretty distracted, but it's such a nice family event in the heart of LV. Also, being around the other kids is so fun. I do not suggest getting any of the special passes, go with the basic, bc honestly it's a waste of money unless you have a specific need. The staff are somewhat friendly, but not necessarily anything special to write about, which is neither good or bad. price- I'd say average. A few surprises in the show, which was fun especially for the little ones. Lots of newer songs fyi, so if you're old like me, you may not know many of them! read more

We checked out the Disney Immersive Experience this past weekend. I've been to a few different immersive experiences in Vegas so I had an idea of what to expect, but honestly was pretty disappointed with this one. Many experiences like this don't tend to be super immersive or interactive already, but felt this one lacked a lot. The show itself was some different Disney movie clips put together and was a lot of newer ones (wish they would have had some more of the classics). It was a large open space, so it is nice for children to be able to run around. But the only interactive piece during the show is bubbles that fall at two points. After about the first 5 mins, I felt I had gotten the gist of the show, but did stay for its entirety. I just don't think it's probably worth the price the tickets are for. We were lucky enough to buy them on a sale, but even for that would have to honestly say it may not be worth the price. Before the show, they have a few stands with facts along with an area where you can learn how to draw characters. There is also a gift shop at the end. I was also not super pleased by the staff as I felt they weren't very friendly during our time there. Not even as simple as smiling or talking much back when trying to speak with them. Overall, would unfortunately just recommend some additional interactive pieces, characters, or things that would make it a little more worth the money along with a little friendlier customer service for what they're charging! read more

It's a cool experience, but not for the amount that they're charging. I would pay maybe $25 max per person. It's only one big room with Disney projections on the walls and floors (sometimes the floor projections are interactive). They run one loop of the show and then it's over (it felt pretty fast). For some scenes they spray out bubbles/bubbles with smoke in them. My daughter is 8 and thought it was ok- she said she didn't want to come back to do it again. This might be better for younger kids under 4/5. read more

Although I think the show was probably a 4 star, the overall experience with price and ruining 2 pairs of brand new shoes knocks it down. Pricing is just way too expensive for less than an hour experience and we purchased the buy one get one offer for the premium tickets. We received a cushion to sit on with that but didn't realize how filthy the floors would be and with the bubbles making the floor wet, our brand new shoes are disgusting and I'm pretty sure that filth isn't coming out. There should be some warning that there's very little actual seating and you'll be sitting on cushions on obviously a disgusting floor. Hopefully this saves someone else's shoes! read more

AMAZING 10/10! I don't know why these reviewers are all hating on this exhibit but we went to the Disney Animation Experience for my birthday and it was completely next-level. It felt like I was watching a show at Disneyland. The music and the different scenes were beautiful, the projections and screens surrounded the room and were really immersive, and I was just so impressed by the quality of everything. I got choked up many times by the sheer beauty of everything, and the show was engaging and filled with magical moments that took me back to my childhood. Definitely Disney Parks quality and definitely worth the steep ticket price. We also got light up wristbands that synced with the show which added so much more magic to our experience. The show itself was about an hour, and the entire experience including the pre-show area and photo ops made it about an hour and a half, which was so much more than I was expecting. The gift shop after the show was a bit lackluster but still had some cute merchandise. I highly recommend the Disney Animation Experience wherever you can find it near you! So impressive. read more

Very poor exhibit. It was just a room with projections. The scenes they showed were the darkest, saddest, and slowest from the movies. It was too slow for kids to get excited about. The songs they chose were quite obscure so kids couldn't get into it and all looked confsed. For example, played some song from Frozen 2 instead of Let It Go. Rip off. Nothing they advertised is true. The pics they send aren't even real. They don't even play the hit songs from any of the movies. They play the songs from frozen 2. Encanto was "All of you". Those were the hits??? Nope. Very disappointed in the sound quality and video quality. I'm glad I didn't upgrade, because there is no benefit. There's no line, no VIP area, the poster is crap. Sad. To be honest, we enjoyed the "show" part of the Disney Immersive Experience in Las Vegas (45 minutes about). However, we saved up a lot of funds to attend this whole experience and expected that it would be much more extensive: on the website AND on the APP for this Vegas location, it is advertised that there are multiple exhibits: The Art of the Story, The Art of Creating Worlds, The Art of Effects (website), A Character Sketch Gallery, Animation Desk, Storyboards, Character Expressions, Backgrounds, Special Effects and Worldwide Inspiration Exhibits. There were about 30% of those exhibits displayed... MAYBE. I mentioned this to one of the managers that we were expecting what was advertised on the app and the website. She said that they had made a mistake and that Lighthouse Immersive had posted all of the displays from their Canadian exhibit which was much more extensive. She said that since it was the opening week, that they would definitely send out a photographer to take pictures of the Vegas exhibit to rectify the fact that they were advertising something MUCH bigger and better than what Vegas people were getting. I was pretty convinced that they were going to do that. It is many MANY weeks later and the website and app are still selling the same, Canadian exhibit. So, I feel like I HAVE to say something: If you are expecting MORE than a 45 minute show for your ~$50 or so, don't go in with those expectations. The Vegas Disney Immersive is NOT what you will get from the pictures that they display- it is a pretty severe bait and switch. There are, MAYBE 4 displays... and they are all very pared down from what is on the website. I'm really sad to have to leave this review, but they're being pretty dishonest with their advertising, hoping to wow you with the 45 minute show so you forget that you are getting WAY less than they promise. read more

The only reason they are getting a one star rating is there no lower rating available. I purchased tickets on a BOGO special during thanksgiving weekend. So 3 VIP tickets should have gotten 6 VIP tickets. We had 5 people for sure and maybe a 6th. The 6th couldn't make it. Explain to me why I would buy 3 tickets for 6 possible people, if the deal wasn't BOGO? But even before that ticket fiasco they were attempting to not give us the additional offerings that came with the tickets. They even tried to say we had been there before and were returning. Now on to the tickets, according to them it was a buy one get one 50% off. Which it clearly wasn't when I bought the tickets. I actually found an ad offering the buy one get free. Which according to the so called manager did not exist even though she was looking at the ad. I was told it was because a Canadian company was doing the marketing so it wasn't correct. Maybe it was the metric conversion that confused these people. They ultimately refunded my money. Do yourself a favor and don't give these clowns any money. It was actually the worst customer service experience that I can recall. Update: Attached are screenshots of the deal that I bought the tickets under that they refused to honor. read more
