My husband and I took a gummy to fully appreciate Area15...and honestly, no regrets. Wink World was trippy, immersive, and super fun. Definitely something we'd come back for, especially with extended family. Not ideal if you're claustrophobic. Only downside? Wish the rooms had better ventilation because a very persistent fart smell from the group ahead of us became part of the experience

If you ever wondered what dubstep modern art looks like, then look no further. This is a visual experience with different rooms showing you mirrored random objects that move to the tunes of bad dubstep music. So prepare yourselves for the robot sex noises and watching a bunch of slinkies move up and down. The whole experience was quite pretentious and not worth your time.

Wink World is one of the visual experiences in Area15. [Disclaimer: taken from the web] "Psychadelic Art Meets Carnival - Stunning visuals, dynamic sound, & trippy motions combine to create the best experience in Las Vegas. By Chris Wink of the Blue Man Group." It was interesting and pretty cool to see, hear, and experience.

This persons ADHD brain is HAAAAAPPY! So Wink World is made up of about 6 different rooms that contemplate infinity and how we can come to understand it. Each room does this in different ways from springs to lights stretching into the distance. My favorite rooms had to be the Springs, Strings, final room and first room in that order. It is a great attraction for those who do not have problems with strobe lighting (as they use neon and lots of strobe). If your like me and enjoy the videos of psychedelic colors and patterns that scratch an ADHD itch you'll love this.

Eat some "candy" and then proceed to Wink World. It's such a fun, psychedelic, awesome time! We opted to purchase the 3D glasses which really amped up experience. There are many optical illusions, so I do recommend paying the few extra coins for the 3D glasses. After walking down a corridor filled with optical illusion images (and some interactive objects) on the wall, you pass through five or so connected rooms for a short, funky, audio/visual display. There were a few hiccups and malfunctions, but we didn't mind (partly because in our "candy"-induced stupor, we originally thought it was part of the show). Overall, it's such a neat concept and we had a lot of fun with this experience. If you're into trippy stuff like me, you'd enjoy this as well. (Visited on Aug. 28, 2023)

I really really wanted to love this but it was maybe just a little too repetitive and too long? Too many rooms? I don't know, sometimes more isn't better when you are trapped in rooms. You walk down a line of trippy neon artwork and are ushered into a room. The rooms have a step and different types of animated art. Most of the animated art work is repetitive. Some have narration at the beginning. There are 6 rooms and you are locked into each one until it's over, then you move to the next one. I was entertained for a bit but then it kinda got old. I just might not be the audience they are looking for and/or age. The rooms are impressive with how soundproof they are and the mirrors add a nice effect for marking them seem larger.

Wink World was the first exhibition we entered due to its short line. It had a few cool art installations with music and lights as well as paintings that also looked trippy. The reason for the three stars was because it didn't stand out much and would probably rank this exhibition at the bottom of the list. There was only one cool one everyone in my group enjoyed which was the bouncing aliens! We also did not buy the 3D glasses at the beginning which coming out from it, maybe we should up to enhance the experience. But from the price of our tickets, I feel like the 3D glasses should already be included.

    Fun 20 minute experience.

Art installation spread over 6 sealed glass, viewing rooms. The sets are in motion, machine driven, the design and engineering alone makes this worth a visit, with glass, mirrors, quirky multi color rotating objects and lighting. Engaging music & narration, (about infinity-time-maybe perception, maybe a wink/nod to author Aldous Huxley, The doors of perception)? 20 minute long experience and we will visit again. Buy the 3D Glasses to enhance the show. After you leave, there is some 3D art along the hallway that you won't see if you are not wearing them. Absolutely not for everyone! The group next to us were bored and not listening to the voiceover, trying to etch the glass with a pocket knife and even left early. This is a cerebral experience- you want to absorb and enjoy it.

    Whole rainbow behind us.

As an autistic adult who enjoys looking at bright lights, Wink World is a pretty cool place to experience. I'm going to get the negatives out of the way first, this experience was not worth $18 a person to me. From the minute my girlfriend and I entered the exhibit to the moment we left, it couldn't of been more then 15 minutes, which I definitely should of read before hand, but either way, definitely not getting bang for your buck out of this. Now onto the positives, the different rooms you enter all have different things, some that spin and twirl, while others flash and shake. I did find myself getting lost in the mixture of lights and reflections and I did enjoy the short amount of time I was able to spend inside of these rooms. Each room has something different happening and the music certainly plays off of the environment. Overall, there's just not a whole lot to write about a short experience like Wink World. Did I enjoy myself? Yes, which is exactly why I'm giving it four stars, but the price is still way too much for me to justify ever doing it again.

With my boyfriend inside wearing our 3D glasses and a bright neon art show danced in front of our eyes to the music!

On Tuesday the 28th my boyfriend and I decided to visit since it was included with the Starry Light Art Bundle. This psychedelic art house was created by Chris Wink to show life's infinite possibilities. And we put on our 3D glasses and were left in complete shock and awe as a bright neon art show danced in front of our eyes to the music! I would highly recommend paying a visit to this amazing experience at Area 15 and would return to explore more experiences!

Wink World is one of the experiences inside of Area 15. It's psychedelic with lots of interesting uses of light and sound. One of the founding members of the Blue Man Group was involved in creating this. The entrance has a short hall with a few art pieces. They recommend viewing this with 3D glasses they sell for $2. The main attraction is six individual rooms that are two minutes each. Each party enjoys the room on their own so it's social distancing friendly. Inside each room is something different visually that moves with fun music and changing colors. I'd imagine that this is the closest a sober person will get to feeling like they enjoyed some special mushrooms. Overall, I thought this was a fun experience. I appreciated that each room was different and intriguing. It was $18 per person, but I saw on their site that locals can enjoy a discount Monday through Thursday. I'm glad that I tried it out. It wouldn't be first on my list if I had limited time at Area 15 though.

Love wink world! This is where I take my friends who are newer to Vegas. Hands down my favorite little thing to do while in area 15!

    Ada Z.

$18 per adult. Composed of 6 little rooms that took about 2-3 mins tops per room. They had you step up on these narrow small steps, so that wasn't very comfortable. They had Infiniti mirrors, slinkies that moved to music and lights, balls, ribbons, balls that open and close to the music, and lastly flowers. I liked the ribbons and slinkies best, but the other rooms were just okay. Closer to 3.5, but rounded up. I wish it was a bit longer.

I tried to visit the prior day, but the line looked extremely long at 2PM. I chose a 5PM for the following day ($60 with access to the cafe) and it took maybe 5 minutes to enter. I don't know if we just missed stuff, but the boop card wasn't that interesting because we didn't have the time to go through every single employee computer. However, I did not have a good experience with Meow Wolf the business. I had a very small window of availability in Vegas because I was only transiting through for a very short time, and I was really excited to check out Omega Mart. First, we bought tickets for one day. Two weeks after the purchase, Omega Mart sent me an email that they had decided to open later on that specific day and rescheduled us to their new opening time. I asked for a refund, stating we could not make that time. They refused to refund me at first, telling me to just change the day I visit. I think not refunding immediately was poor on their part, since not everyone is from Vegas or in town long enough to be able to accommodate when they suddenly decide to change their hours. Next, on our last night in Vegas, we realized that we actually would be able to squeeze in a 2 hour visit from sometime after 9 to their closing time at 11 (we originally planned to spend the next day, our last day in Vegas, there). Around 7pm, I tried to call Omega Mart to figure out logistics (how sensitive the ticket windows are). However, the phone number on their VEGAS website redirects to a line in DENVER that has different hours. So we figured it would be safest to just buy tickets after we got there. Apparently after 9pm tickets shoot up to $75. That's wasn't posted anywhere, and since no one had picked up the phone, I had no way to learn that information. The way I learned was arriving at 9:03 pm. Sad.

We were going to go to dinner shortly after, so we got a couple of appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks. I believe the Agua Fresca drinks came out to $9 each with 1 refill and the sodas were $5 with 1 refill. We for the guacamole and the esquites. I thought the drinks were pretty good, and appetizers were decent - the guacamole to chip ratio was a little off for my preference (a few more chips to finish it off would have been nice), but it was tasty. I personally liked the esquites, but my family did not - I believe because the cheese was very strong/potent. I love a good stinky cheese, but I don't know how others may feel about it, as we're used to esquites with pretty mild cotija. I got the horchata, which was well-made, my mom got the jamaica, which was perfectly sour and sweet, and my brother got a coke. All in all- their menu items look great and I'd like to try them another time. Service was great! Our server was so sweet and attentive, even though we didn't end up ordering all too much this time. We made our way through to the exhibits - I appreciated that there weren't too many people when we went in and we were able to spend our time going through all the areas and take a ton of photos with no one in the same room at times. The sound in the first room was a little bit booming and loud- I wish they accounted for echo when they created it, but everything was so beautifully done. I understood that they expect to change these exhibits seasonally so I'm looking forward to coming back with friends! Bonus - some of the exhibits are interactive, and I absolutely lost it bawling with the exhibit where you're able to upload a picture of your pet that you lost with a few characteristics and it creates a calaverita for them. I believe they use some sort of AI technology to also somehow describe elements from the photo. Absolutely lost it and it left me with such a heartwarming memory!
