The 3 windows they traded out for us are perfect, and they took great care, cleaning the glass itself when finished and cleaning up after themselves! He was very professional, on time and so thorough showing us the problems with the windows and explaining which windows that were failing and ones that have had the glass replaced. Two months ago, we brought in pictures of our bathrooms along with absolute measurements. Me, being a building contractor, knew exactly how to measure for the job, but understood that they would have to still send their own people to measure. Two months later, I called them, and they had no idea of what I was talking about when I inquired about the estimate that they were supposed to give me within two weeks of me dropping off all of my pictures and paperwork. Once they did find it, they gave me a $8000 estimate for two bathrooms, not entirely out of the question, and not entirely a terrible price. However, when they hit me with a $1200 trip charge, I questioned it! I was then attacked Extremely Rudely by a woman who said she was a manager and said "I'm not trying to be rude, but that's just the way it is!". When I said it sounded like you were going out of your way to be rude, she got furious, and said we will decline this job and hung up on me without further explanation. What a joke, if you're looking for a professional company, I suggest you go elsewhere. This company might be good at changing a window that some kid throws a rock through, but certainly not trustworthy to allow into your house to work on your custom rooms.

I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

My most recent experience was, I called Austin one day and Shane was here the next morning at 7:57 AM to replace a ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling. I don't think it gets batter than that.

No attempt to contain dust blowing in while there was not a window in the opening. The installer had to remove a granite window sill because the window wouldn't fit otherwise. They were just going to haul it off and I had to rescue it. I understand they didn't have the tools or skill to cut it to size, but this was a piece of the slab used for my kitchen cabinets and quite expensive. I will have it cut to size and refit it. They trimmed the exterior of the windows and door with unfinished rough hewn cedar. So now I have white windows with raw wood trim on grey siding. So now I have to go out and paint those to complete the job. Sorry, but in my opinion, this job was not completed properly.

New fan motor, new capacitor that had been previously changed but believe old motor was wearing it down. Homeowner babied, yearly diligent in keeping it clean. Zack checked that drain plug was cleared, checked air flow efficiency, checked all electrical vibes. We had one additional issue that he was able to clear up. We are hoping to use Vickery again for an upstairs A/C install.
