Tanner was very personable, pleasant, and transparent.  After touring the facility, my husband and I were certain this was the place where we wanted my mother to reside. A very clean & fresh environment with lots of natural light as well as being a very beautiful and spacious facility.  Cassie, the care manager, came to our home and did an assessment of my mother and was so down to earth and friendly. She helped put my mind at ease and I had confidence that the high level of care my mother would require would be received from Timeless staff. We decided that we wanted Timeless Assisted Care Home to provide the respite care for our mother for two weeks. The level of care and quality of the meals, as well as the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff, exceeded our expectations. My mother enjoyed the positive vibes and upbeat interactions. In terms of communication, Cassie kept me informed of all developments. Justin Brucks, also co-founder, was so friendly and welcoming! He ensured my mother's room had enough space for her belongings and assisted me with packing my vehicle upon checking out. He was present each day I visited and that was reassuring to see the owners on the property to help in anyway!! Due to me caring full-time for my mother and lack of quality slept for almost a year, this respite stay was such a blessing from the Lord! I slept through the night every night for the first time in almost a year!  I did not experience any anxiety or worry at all during my two week respite break and I chose to do nothing but sleep and relax. The staff did a fantastic job caring for my mother. When I would visit everything was in order and my mother was always clean and comfortable. The integrity of her skin was never compromised especially since she's incontinent. I highly recommend Timeless! You will not be disappointed. Believe me I've tried the "big box" facilities on more than one occasion and those experiences were awful to say the least. I've walked this caregiver/daughter journey for 12 years with two parents and have seen and experienced a lot first hand . As a result, I have quite a bit of knowledge and experience regarding long-term care services.

"Love leads here" is how I've come to think of my many experiences there. It's obvious that residents are given tons of individual attention, time, and care. There are always interesting and fun things happening inside of the home and you can tell that the people living there truly feel like they are "at home." Everyone is always smiling and laughing, and LIVING!!! Add to that, top-notch, compassionate, qualified caregivers and an impeccably well-maintained and appointed home and you really can't beat it. I wish more people could experience the quality of care and thriving daily environment that Timeless Care Homes provides to its residents every day. The nurse O-B and here supervisor,…read moreRachael, pretended to listen and care but did nothing to improve my mother's situation while there! If anything, she got worse while she was under their care and objected to us removing my mother from the facility when we saw it was necessary. Many of the staff are good at what they do, unfortunately, the two handling my mother's care during her rehabilitation weren't!! Other staff members privately confirmed that they are very short-handed at this facility and nurses don't voluntarily chip in to help the Certified Nurse's Aids (CNAs) when needed! As a matter of fact, very few of the staff volunteer to do anything and give the impression that it is a major inconvenience to assist! Phone calls ring endlessly, patients' "red button" calls go ignored!!! The staff doctor, Dr. Satani, isn't much better if we consider effectiveness. Besides, he goes twice a week and many times... not even that! It's a real mess at this facility although they insist that the change in management last summer has made some major improvement!!! Although complaints were ongoing on our part, the head administrator took no interest in reaching out to us. Thanks to Joanna, Social Administrator, who was the only one who listened and helped us with our situation. If you love your family member, DON'T bring them here! If you have had a good or bad experience, please post them to let future family members know the present condition of this facility. My regret is that I didn't take the bad reviews more seriously. My hopes were that since they were from a few years ago that things had improved... not the case!!! Stay away from here and look for another place! The nurses are annoyed when you ask for help, or when you ask questions about the care. We were lied to, blatantly. My husband works for a hospital corporation, and he is spreading the word to the directors of Inpatient Rehab, and Orthopedists to NOT send your patients there!!

We were quickly introduced to Diane who helped us through the process of having mom transferred from another facility that was not a desirable place to be. When we arrived day of transfer we were greeted by Tess, assistant business manager, who graciously assisted with all intake paperwork. She explained everything well and asked questions to our mom in a gentle and compassionate manner. All the staff has been kind and friendly and placed a priority on generous care and recovery for mom. What more could we ask for? Additionally the facilities are modern and clean, and it is one patient to a room also for privacy. After extremely poor experiences in two other facilities the last two years, we would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced. Who you trust with the care and recovery of those you love is an important decision. With Advanced we have felt the right decision was finally made.

Not because of the hourly staff but because of the management and corporate. The food looks better than it taste lately. The community recently changed internet and phone providers and it's been a nightmare ever since! Prior to the change, we paid for mom to have her own modem. Initially, we didn't like having to pay for it but looking back at it now, we would go back to paying for without complaint. The community has one last, Chris, who handles all the complaints and fixes the problems. We made the mistake of asking Polly once for help...well she was no help. She was rude, short with the answer and told mom she had to wait for Chris to return on Monday. Today while visiting mom we learned the phones and internet was out yet again. We have been dealing with this problem for months now. This is the "free" internet they advertise. This isn't a problem my mom is having but the entire community. We have placed several complaints with the front desk and Windy and nothing is being done. We are told that we can wait it out or set up an account with Spectrum. The building is old and it shows. There are multiple leaks with every rain storm. Since moving mom in there have been at least 3 floods due to old pipes. It seems as though the things needing to be fixed aren't being fixed yet new furniture continues to arrive. This week their back gate broke, again! The top portion broke and was leaning forward, a true safety hazard. The worst part is that management will raise moms rent and continue to put referral flyers in her box to help move people into a building that is failing apart.

My father-in-law is a resident here and we've been coming there for over 10 years…read more The building and Property is immaculately maintained. The staff is inviting and a tenant to any request. They have a lot of nice areas that families can gather we've had 20 people therefore his birthday party Thanksgiving or Christmas and can reserve certain areas ahead of time and schedule our holiday visit to him accordingly They always have some type of games going on. They even have in-house Chapel church services. I was there the other day to help change out a motorized wheelchair and cross paths with the maintenance guy and he helped the crew of guys that I brought in and assisted us in loading it at the front door. It was a great interaction. it seemed like everybody really cares there about my father-in-law knows his name and he has been happy there.

Their commitment to promoting a personal experience has allowed my brother and me to balance our life responsibilities so that we can now enjoy quality family time instead of managing the complex health care needs of my parents.
