She helped put my mind at ease and I had confidence that the high level of care my mother would require would be received from Timeless staff. We decided that we wanted Timeless Assisted Care Home to provide the respite care for our mother for two weeks. The level of care and quality of the meals, as well as the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff, exceeded our expectations. My mother enjoyed the positive vibes and upbeat interactions. In terms of communication, Cassie kept me informed of all developments. Justin Brucks, also co-founder, was so friendly and welcoming! He ensured my mother's room had enough space for her belongings and assisted me with packing my vehicle upon checking out. He was present each day I visited and that was reassuring to see the owners on the property to help in anyway!! Due to me caring full-time for my mother and lack of quality slept for almost a year, this respite stay was such a blessing from the Lord! I slept through the night every night for the first time in almost a year!  I did not experience any anxiety or worry at all during my two week respite break and I chose to do nothing but sleep and relax. The staff did a fantastic job caring for my mother. When I would visit everything was in order and my mother was always clean and comfortable. The integrity of her skin was never compromised especially since she's incontinent. I highly recommend Timeless! You will not be disappointed. Believe me I've tried the "big box" facilities on more than one occasion and those experiences were awful to say the least. I've walked this caregiver/daughter journey for 12 years with two parents and have seen and experienced a lot first hand . Clean, bright, lots of laughter, lots of hugs and attention. I go at different times of the day and every time I visit, Mom's room is clean, her bed is made, she is clean and dressed. Many of the staff members have worked there for years and are personally invested in each resident. The staff is very helpful to our family, as well, and never hesitate to answer a call, text, or questions that I have about what's best for Mom. They have been our support system and have helped guide us with such empathy and care. I have met many of the other resident's family members who come to visit and their dedication to their loved ones is inspiring and helpful to me as we are new to this journey. I would not want my sweet mom anywhere else but at Colonial Oaks.

My father-in-law is a resident here and we've been coming there for over 10 years…read more The building and Property is immaculately maintained. The staff is inviting and a tenant to any request. They have a lot of nice areas that families can gather we've had 20 people therefore his birthday party Thanksgiving or Christmas and can reserve certain areas ahead of time and schedule our holiday visit to him accordingly They always have some type of games going on. They even have in-house Chapel church services. I was there the other day to help change out a motorized wheelchair and cross paths with the maintenance guy and he helped the crew of guys that I brought in and assisted us in loading it at the front door. It was a great interaction. it seemed like everybody really cares there about my father-in-law knows his name and he has been happy there.
