Given all the things that had to be done along the way, the manager gave me a good deal on a couple of the other issues that were repaired, which made feel they were very value conscious. Among the firms that I reached out to through Yelp, they were the first on the site and ready to start work. I'd definitely use them again.

I reached out to Dunn initially through a Google search (after hours) and received an email and text message reply within 24hrs. I appreciate the prompt reply. I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I would recommend Dunn if you're local to their service areas.

THEY BURNED OUR EQUIPMENTS AND AIR CONDITIONER! Mr. Electric…read morecompletely mishandled our electrical installation, burned out our equipments, and left us with months of stress, financial loss, and a broken air conditioner. My name is Sunshine, and I own a very small family business, Sunshine's Bakery in Irondale, AL. I never wanted to write a review like this, but I feel I must because of how severely Mr. Electric's mistakes have harmed my business and my life over the past three months. In the beginning of June, we hired Mr. Electric to install two new lines: * One for our two new bakery display cases (110V) * One for our new air conditioning system (208V) Because of their repeated wiring errors, both of my display cases and my air conditioner were destroyed. They sent out four different workers over multiple visits. Today is September 12, and I still do not have a functioning air conditioner. Here's what happened: 1. The first electrician installed the lines incorrectly. When my husband plugged in a laptop, the breaker immediately tripped, and the outlet stopped working. 2. The second electrician admitted it had been wired incorrectly -- the 110V outlet had been installed as 240V. He said he fixed it and confirmed that the AC line was correct. But when we plugged in our brand-new bakery cases, both were ruined. 3. The third electrician discovered that the second one had actually installed it as 208V. He again confirmed the AC line was fine. At that point, Mr. Electric issued us a $3000 check for damages, and we hoped the nightmare was over. 4. Once we finally installed our AC, it ran for about two weeks before a surge completely destroyed it. The fourth electrician admitted the line had never been installed correctly -- only one breaker slot was used instead of the two required. He apologized and repaired the wiring, but by then the damage was done. Because of this incompetence, my bakery has suffered through the entire Alabama hot summer. We bought a window unit, but it was still too hot. Customers walked in and immediately left. Dough over-proofed, ingredients spoiled, and we had to throw away countless products. I lost money every single day. When we asked Mr. Electric for fair compensation -- just $1,500 to help partly offset the damage -- we were ignored. We talked to Mr. Keith Pinkerton and were told to contact Ms. Sarah Richards and other representatives but weeks later no one has resolved anything. Meanwhile, I've had to close my shop this week because I simply couldn't make breads or croissants in this environment. Mr. Electric is a huge international corporation, but they refuse to stand behind their work. Their mistakes nearly destroyed my small bakery, and we are still paying the price. Please, for your own sake, do not hire this company.
