Super down to earth and ultra knowledgeable about their entire line of products. Quickly took me under his wing per say and fully researched whatever products I showed interest in that were not in display. He helped me make some important decisions to regarding pull out and pull down faucets. No annoying salesperson constantly coming up to you asking if you need help. Nope. Browse at your leisure with no intimidation or stress. They carry the pinnacle of K&B design elements. If you want junk look elsewhere. If you simply want the best this is where the train stops. Details? Well, I arrived at 12:55pm on Saturday, when they claim that their hours of operation were until 1pm. Now, I'm not sure how you interpret a 1pm close. For most retail establishments, I think it means you can walk in up until 1pm, with more time to do your shopping. However, the sales manager had other ideas. I was told they were closing down at 1pm, and I had to leave. Yes, that's right, the manager told me to get out. I tried to negotiate my expulsion because there was a strong recommendation by my contractor to buy from them. I thought it would be okay to accommodate the store manager and just get things done in like, 1 minutes. So I pulled out samples I had brought with me (my choices were already made for the most part, and I was looking for cheaper/nicer alternatives) and said, "This won't take any time if you can just tell me if you have anything to match these here sample. See?" The manager looked down at the sample tiles, frowned, then looked up at me and said, "Sorry, nothing really like that here." I looked at my wife to see if she wanted to press further, but she was heading for the door. Not saying anything that would make my native New York accent overly apparent, I picked up my tile samples and left. However, there's more. The final insult took place when their locked exit door would not open. The same friendly manager (so called) looked very annoyed as she leaned heavy into the bolt and forced the door open. In my defense, that door was not user friendly. Now maybe I should have known better than show up 5 minutes before closing. And maybe I should have been better acquainted with the door lock used at Emser. However, I really don't think either was the problem. To get some closure, I spoke with my general contractor the next day using my New York accent to communicate my unhappiness (man did that feel great!). He called the regional sales rep who, that same day, did leave an apologetic voicemail on my cell. I didn't call back, though. It wasn't worth the effort. I guess there are tons of people who buy Emser tile and are quite happy with them. However, I can only assume they come early in the morning and wait politely for the doors to open. All good, but I will not be one of those people.

We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. But these professionals made good on their promises and maintained a great attitude with us throughout the process. Can't ask for more really. Thanks W&D Store!

Peyton has a fantastic eye for design and did an amazing job helping me pull everything together. She was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Our first impression of Arizona Tile was mixed. The entrance is somewhat difficult to locate and…read morenot very visible, but once we found it, we were greeted by a friendly front office employee who promptly escorted us to the showroom after we asked where to find travertine and porcelain tile with a travertine appearance. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

Avoid this business at all costs…read more After placing a $27,000 order, I have been met with one empty promise after another--multiple delivery dates that came and went with no delivery, followed by a promised refund that has still not been received. I made extensive attempts to resolve this privately and gave the company numerous opportunities to either deliver the product or return my money. As an interior designer, I understand that delays and logistical issues happen. What is unacceptable is repeatedly providing delivery dates that are not honored, claiming merchandise or money has been sent when it has not been received, and failing to return a substantial payment after agreeing to do so. After this experience, I could never recommend Haute Plank to a client, designer, builder, or homeowner.

After that, one story after another of when my floor was going to be delivered. Jennifer even went as far as claiming it was on a truck and would be delivered on a Thursday. It never came! Then she agreed on a delivery date of July 17th and if it didn't arrive, she would pay me back! Nothing. Bottomed line, she stole my money and never intended to deliver product or pay me back. Likely a Ponzi scheme at this point to try to pay back all lawyers and lawsuits suits she is losing to payback others she stole from.

I visited the showroom and worked with Ryan who is soooo amazing!!!! He is great with customer service and knows so much. He feels the same way as I do about quality and he is just an awesome individual they are so blessed to have. He is checking to see what is going on. They are no longer going to import and this tile comes from Brazil. I cry....Back to square one!
