Carpet Kings to the rescue!!! they literally saved the day! Unfortunately, we had an Airbnb tenant smoke inside of our home for 6 straight weeks. We thought we'd have to throw away our couches, decorative pillows, & love seat. We called carpet Kings and they seriously were there and less than 2 hours! They guaranteed that their steam cleaning would permanently remove the odor. Honestly, I was extremely skeptical that it would work, so they offered to do 1 couch pillow as a test.. It absolutely worked! They saved 2 couches, a loveseat and 25 pillows! The smoke odor is completely gone and was not replaced with heavy fragrance or chemical smells. I called to get a quote, let them know i have a 2 bedroom with 2 stair cases and a living room. When the tech came out, he quoted me over double what i was quoted on the phone. I told him I just need something basic because I'm moving out and he wouldn't go down. Finally told him to get out of my house and he and the owner called 3 times trying to get me to take a lower price. Be careful using this company. Also, the tech tried to tell me the hallway between the bedrooms adds to the price... the hallway is less than 4 feet long. They will squeeze every dollar out of you. read more

I chose this 5 star company based on the great reviews and the fact that the owner quickly resolved or tried to resolve the low star ratings. It didn't start well only because my appointment window was 8am- 11am thinking they would be on the early side. They didn't arrive till 11:15am after a conversation i had with the tech Karell. After that and a price misunderstanding from the person that booked my appointment l spoke to the owner Adi and he did the right thing and i was happy. Noticed the good reviews and decided to try myself. My daughter's footboard needing cleaning as it had juice spilled on it. They were able to get most of the stains and the bed looks so much better.
