Im here, visiting friends who are trying to talk me into bringing my business to DelRay Beach. We went to an open house for a multi-million dollar property and that's how I got the name of Posh Realty. Buyer beware! "Posh" apparently means JERK at this agency! I walked to the agency to see what kind of commercial property they had for sale. I guess they were angry because it was false advertising. They had ZERO commercial property! I was open to ANY type of property. When I let the broker know that, she said "Thats not how we do things here, you tell us what you want and we find it for you." I did tell her. I was interested in ANY property, as my budget to purchase was 100 million. AND I HAVE PROOF OF FUNDS!!! So, I said.. are there any positive cash flow companies? And she said "No, we have nothing for you." I left. What a horrid broker. I do have the sales lady's name and that poor woman should not be punished for what the owner of a company does. Rude, rude rude BEYOND rude broker!
