They're employees don't call me, but somehow put it into the system that they talked to me. So when I don't show up, they release my items to the floor. THE FLOOR!!! All due to an employee lying and not doing their job. Well, employees', as it's happened more than once. Unfortunately. But, if you're not doing a loan and just buying and selling, they are great. They are friendly and helpful, most of them. Maria is bilingual over there, so she gets all the Spanish speaking customers and regular ones during her free time. I can't remember her name, but she's semi-new. She helped me pick out my new ring, which I LOOOOVE! And the blonde hair gentleman, long/ medium length blonde hair. He is WONDERFUL. My favorite finds have always been the guns since they're in fantastic condition, there are so many choices, and Xtreme pawn has unbeatable pricing. I've bought several big brand guns for just a fraction of the price! 3 Sig Sauer pistols in different calibers and sizes, Beretta Cx4 Storm, Remington 12 gauge, among many others. These guys are the best! 8/19/21(1 year after posting the above on Google) - Just wanted to give an update: The last few months have been particularly tough(can't we just go back to 2019?); a member of my family got sued and had to either pay or go to jail(so, naturally, I wound up paying the $4,000 for her); a friend that's been staying with me for 1yr./+ has been having breathing difficulties due to COPD and Covid, so she can't work and/or pay rent/utilities/food/e.t.c.; AND THEN, to top it all off, I had a spare, loose vape battery(an 18650 battery, one of the big ones) literally explode in my pocket(it was like having a ground bloom flower firework suddenly go off in my pocket, even sounded EXACTLY like one) - while I was driving no less(thankfully only in Smith's parking lot[convenient there being a medical supply aisle there and all] although I did almost hit a white sedan), giving me 2nd and 3rd degree burns over almost half of my lower, right thigh(picture below, WARNING, if you have a strong stomach), making me bedridden, unable to even walk for over a week and a half(though I did try the next 3 days), preventing me from working for over 2 weeks! These guys have been SUPER understanding and have really worked with me and my multiple loans so I don't lose my valuables(literally everything I own of value is in pawn at this point). Situation sucks, the last few months have been horrible, but at least these guys are working with me, giving me some time to work things out. Thank you all, so much!!
