I got all my pieces together, well most and begged hubby to take me back today (Juneteenth) and when I tell you I'll NEVER go back!!! The older lady came to help and from the beginning I just wanted to walk back out! She was so nasty to the point of frustration. I held my tongue bc I just kept remembering my previous experience but no matter how calm and cool I was, she just kept responding with aggression and nastiness. Even after I sold my pieces and said I'm not done you'll be taking 1/2 of this back, she was just nasty. I finally just decided not to get the piece I liked and left. It was very obvious someone attempted to use them on a setting that was too small for their big fat head and split (cracked) the headphones right in the middle of the top!! When my boyfriend complained about the condition of the headphones, they told him that he signed a waiver of acknowledgement that the store assumes no responsibility for the condition of any of your belongings!!
