When I pointed out the discrepancy, there was little concern or effort to address it. That part was frustrating. While I did still end up purchasing the system for less than what other places were charging, the final total included an unexpected $25 tax and an additional credit card surcharge of around 3%. Altogether, I paid close to $70 more than the price I was initially quoted. The product itself was fine, and the base price was still competitive compared to other shops, but I don't appreciate being given one number over the phone and another in person--especially after making a long drive based on that information. Clear and consistent pricing would go a long way here.

I was welcomed but the employees as soon as I came in. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for but also asked me questions to the process to ensure that I understood what I was buying and what was the right gun for me. The background check process was seamless and the employee even took me to the side so that I can have a quiet area and privacy. He gave me a lot of background information on Georgia gun laws that I would need to know and information about some suggested ranges for practice. As a first buyer, I appreciated their level of patience, knowledge and exceptional customer service. All employees also were wearing masks and they encouraged social distancing so I felt safe through the process While I waited I browsed the store and they had a lot of great finds. I ended up buying a bunch of classic DVDs at only $1 each. I will definitely be back to shop here and recommend them to friends and family !
