The service provided was worthless. Supposed to be laser lipo. Bought the 8 sessions recommended for one area. Since it was a Groupon, of coarse there was pressure to purchase much more expensive service so I figured what I did buy would probably be in -effective. And it was in -effective. The girls there are all very nice though. Moral of the story, don't buy cheap Groupons that promise big results. Waste of time. Also I was supposed to have comparison pictures done on my last visit. Buyer beware! I purchased some groupons for this company because there were different services I wanted to try out. They don't honor the groupons past the first voucher. I was completely honest about the use of multiple groupons. The information was taken and i was granted a service that day. However, I received a call the next day from a woman that swore I the company does not allow this process and she would not honor my groupons. She swore up and down the attached language of "one per person" really meant one groupon EVER and not one groupon of a certain service. Office is clean and the reps are nice, however I would not go back or recommend. I purchased 4 Sculpsure sessions, first 2 sessions went well, the following appt I missed, worst mistake. When I went to the rescheduled appt they told me this is the last session, I told I had two left, that I missed the previous appt. The rep said but the computer says the "Sculpsure Key" was checked out. I am how can it be checked out when I missed the appt, nevertheless they could not give me a refund, the new manager tried to SELL me more, they comp few sessions of "Laser Lipo" which is not permanent and I did not see any results. They blamed the issue on the previous manager, and they cannot do anything about it. Lost $750 on Sculpsure I never received, the complimentary services weren't satisfying, not worth the long drive nor me losing $750. Purchased a Groupon for laser lipo. I called to setup my appointment and the lady booking me said I couldn't use it. The last Groupon I purchased for LightRx almost 2 years ago in a different state (CO). Okayyy. So I request a refund on my Groupon because she says I can't use it. She still books a consult for me because I wanted to get the service done and in order to get the total cost for 8 sessions I had to physically go to the office. My appointment was booked 4 days from the booking call. Day of the appointment I get a call from Colorado location reminding me of my appointment. I said I don't live in Colorado I live in Las Vegas. The lady on the phone then tells me she will personally call the clinic here and let them know I will be coming in at 5:30 pm. I drive to this location after work thinking everything was okay and that they are expecting me. I get there and they have no idea who I am, what I want, what to do. Hmm. I was able to get a consult with the director after about 10 minutes of waiting. She quotes me $800. The Groupon was $180 so I was like dang that's jump in price I wasn't prepared for. She offers the payment plan but I am not interested in credit. She then calls her boss to see if they could honor my Groupon-- wasn't able to get a hold of her. She tells me she will give me a call the next day and do something for me since the booking process was disorganized. It has been 6 weeks with 0 follow-up. read more

I did the treat to complete which is almost 2k and have seen no results whatsoever! This program is a scam. I'm devastated because I could have gotten real lipo at that price but I let the director convince me I had the perfect body for the laser lipo to work. After expressing my concerns I was blamed for not drinking enough water and no enough cardio! I have gym clock ins as proof and I consume close to gallon a day! They are scam artist straight up! I got lucky when I first moved out to Vegas and found this spot via a Groupon deal - and we know how dicey places on Groupon can be sometimes! I was so impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable all of the staff were, they quickly gained my trust and loyalty. When I got onto their texting list I started receiving info on all of the many different amazing sales and discounts they offer throughout the year - and I got hooked! Brianna is usually the one working on me for skincare and laser stuff, and she always tells me exactly how everything works and the science behind it. Nicole, the manager is so extremely awesome and truly wants to help her customers attain the results they're after - she's found ways to help me bring costs down via packages, giving me heads up on upcoming promotions, or through their financing program. Early in 2020 I had purchased a package of laser lipo that I had only just started to see some really great results from, when lockdown happened and all of that progress sadly went out the window. Even though it wasn't anyone's fault, I was still super bummed that I had kind of wasted those sessions and resources - when I inquired about getting more during a recent promotion, I had mentioned my dismay about what had happened with the timeline. Nicole asked me to give her a day or two, and came back to me with a great deal for a new package so I could make up for those lost sessions with an even bigger package at a discount! I found this place online. It looked like they were under New Ownership (which I confirmed later).The first thing I noticed is the full compliment of treatments so that I wouldn't have to go bouncing around to different places. I booked the Laser Lipo for my first treatment for my muffin top and it worked! Of course I need about 7 more treatments to move the inches way down, but that is how its supposed to work. Laser Lipo does work. I looked at all the PubMed scientific studies(cuz I'm obsessive like that). And Light Rx Lasers are real Lasers, not "laser like".And you do have to ask! Upon purchasing this treatment, I have had nothing but an unpleasant and frustrating experience. During my consultation appointment sometime in February, I was told to complete all necessary consent forms at their office. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I was told their system was down and to complete my consent forms during my first visit. Once I finally managed to schedule my first appointment, I received a phone call 1 or 2 days prior to my appointment saying they overbooked and needed to reschedule. Then, apparently, the ladies doing the scheduling didn't confirm notes, and another person called me telling me they had to "service the machines" and needed to reschedule. I finally managed to have my first appointment on 3/7. Then covid hit. My 2nd appointment, slotted for April, was of course cancelled. Understandable. I called the week before my April appointment to confirm it and left a message. Never received a call back. Despite covid taking place, I would have at least expected the office to be checking voicemails and responding. I called again, sometime in the beginning of June after spas opened up, left another message and received no call back. I then proceeded to call the main phone number and left a message for the office manager. After my 3rd call into this business, I finally managed to reschedule my 2nd (April) appointment. It is apparent they don't seem to return calls promptly. My new 2nd appointment was rebooked for 6/27. I received a confirmation email to confirm my appointment the day before. The day of, they cancelled my appointment. So, I went into the office to rebook, and they lady was extremely rude. So, now my rescheduled appointment was setup for 7/1. Same process, confirmed via email today, and later tonight got another cancellation. Clearly, this place does not have their act together - nor do they have great customer service, and/or they simply just do not value Groupon customers. What a joke! read more

I purchased a package of seven treatments (two SculpSure and five Legacy) on Feb. 29, 2020. I scheduled one treatment per week as we were going to be in Las Vegas for approximately two months. The second week one of the machines malfunctioned and I had to reschedule. Then the business closed because of the pandemic. They did not reopen late May or early June; by that time we had returned home. I emailed them several times asking for a refund. The first time I emailed them I was told that refunds were not being issued because that office and the corporate office were closed. Although the email did not say I would receive a refund, the implication was that I would when the business reopened. I emailed two more times and did not receive a reply. Today I received a phone call and was told that I could not receive a refund because I had already begun the treatment package. I was told that my treatments would be available the next time I returned to Vegas. I currently have no plans to return and feel the business is holding my money hostage. read more
