While others passed on an issue I was having on my face, she had a hunch something was wrong, cut it off, and sent it to the lab for analysis. It ended up being skin cancer! I thought the facial was just mid - there could have been better attention to detail. Slower strokes, more relaxing and intentional, would have made it a better facial. After my services, I brought everything to attention of another employee, Wafa. First she said "My boss would be happy to refund you". And then it changed to "My boss did not approve the refund". I was offered the chance to come back in so they could re-do it, but I declined. I was told the owner, Rose, would be reaching out to me, and she never did. As a first-time customer, if you don't provide a good first experience initially, I am not going to return. Beyond this, everyone was at least friendly. It's too bad it wasn't a good fit.
