The only thing that I don't like about LightWeavers is it's not closer to my house. This is a must stop for all the delightful witchy, pagan, Viking, new age, etc etc items that you need. If you come here plan on spending a while because there is SO MUCH and the store is large and beautifully decorated. Guaranteed you will see something that you love, and they support local artisans. You will also find excellent classes, events and book signings. Susan is an excellent resource and if it exists she can likely order it for you if she doesn't already have it. Another plus is there plenty of parking lot parking right outside the store. Find their Facebook page because they regularly post the "unboxing" videos of the latest goodies that are in the store. I love this shop but haven't been back in a while. Great selection, well organized and really good vibes. I went here to get a candle but felt called to buy a crystal. I've recently started channeling and it's all very bizarre and new to me. I knew I wanted something related to that. The owner asked if I was looking for something specific and I hesitantly said no but she insisted and said "well that's a yes" lol and asked how she could help. I was very nervous and haven't actually said the words out loud to a stranger before but she made me feel very comfortable. she finished my sentences for me and assured me I was in the right place and the people here totally understand, she took me right to a crystal that really stood out and was just what I needed. I found Susan via a Groupon special and had a wonderful and enlightening massage a reiki session with her. The massage was very relaxing and the space was very nicely decorated. It was a very peaceful place. She used essential oils, hot towels and stones which made for a unique experience that was very soothing. She found a knot and worked it out completely using a cupping technique as well as massage and heat. It felt a lot better when I left and it had been hurting me for a few days. They are moving next month to Citrus Heights (which is much closer for me) and I am anxious to see what they do with the new place. You instantly feel at ease with Susan and she really customizes her treatments to your specific needs and desires. I have experienced reiki a few other times and have enjoyed the sessions and have to say I really enjoyed Susan's style and methods. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed when I left and like I had found a friend. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and really cares about her clients. What a beautiful store for a crystal newbie to stumble across. After a recommendation from a friend on what to get to get rid of negative energy I started looking around where I could find what I needed. I came across Lightweavers. My home was burglarized and I wanted to get rid of any residual energy left behind by the thief, negative or otherwise. The staff is friendly and recommended exactly what my friend had recommended as well. I also picked up some citrine to help me sleep. I found Susan on Yelp and I just have to chime in to all the praise she receives from her clients. I have NEVER had a more effective and relaxing massage than the ones I have had with Susan. She knows how to work the body the right way so that you will get immediate relief from any aches and pains. I usually go in there hurting from soreness due to exercise and I have literally felt like her fingers sucked out the lactic acid from my body like a vacuum. I have been in this store once before the encounter I'm about to explain. In that time, I went with a few friends to look around the shop and possibly purchase a few items we were looking for. In that experience I felt the employees had a somewhat negative presence but we brushed it off. The only reason we had left was because we noticed a bad energy even while not interacting with employees. The experience we had tonight was a whole different level of negativity compared to the last experience I had. I came in with a few more friends to give this store another shot after our last bad experience. I was split off by myself in the beginning looking at pendulums while my friends went to look for sage. One of the shop owners Susan? walked up to me and made it apparent that she had remembered me from the last time I was in, which was odd to me because my experience with them wasn't a very memorable one. My friend later joined me and we looked together, but the entire time I felt like I had eyes watching me. It was very uncomfortable and I felt like they were assuming I was going to steal or something. At one point, my friend who is very knowledgeable and enlightened came to us and said that he felt very bad, negative, dark energy in the building. We went to make our last purchases so we could make the trip short, but before we could check out our friend approached us again in a panic because a man named Dave (apparently the other owner) said something very dark and unwarranted to him that was completely unjustified, and made effort to pick on him. Probably because he was the one speaking up about the dark energy and asking to make the trip short. My friend and I agreed we would not like to purchase from them at this point. This is where they became EXTREMELY unprofessional. Throughout our experience I heard them speaking badly of their customers saying they must all "cleanse" from a BAD customer. I shrugged this off because I also work in customer service and know that sometimes you'll get a customer having an off day. We were having a GOOD day before this experience, mind you. When my friend said he would like to speak to an owner/manager, the man raised his voice and boasted that he was the owner, but said he could speak to the other owner. When my friend talked with the other owner expressing how uncomfortable the man had made him, she became very aggressive and defiant, now making our whole group uncomfortable. I had to leave halfway through their conversation because she was giving me so much anxiety from her tone/how she was harassing my friend. She kept making excuses instead of being upfront/apologetic about our horrible experience with staff. At one point I had to go back inside the shop because I was so worried for my friends safety. At that time, I heard a employee LAUGHING and making remarks when my friend was trying to express his concern one last time. The owner Susan kept speaking over him, and it got to the point where my friend was backing up trying to CALM THE OWNER DOWN! When we finally left, Susan and Dave kept looking outside at us talking in the parking lot multiple times, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional and would never shop here again. I would like to warn others to do the same. read more

They are amazing!! I love all the staff they are all friendly and knowledgeable. They vary in aspects of spiritual, brujería, stones, and jewelry. All jewelry is handmade and pretty. My first massage with Susan was in the fall of 2013 when I redeemed one of her Groupon certificates. I experienced the best massage of my life. Susan has magic hands! She takes the time to speak with you prior to each session to find out what your particular needs are for that day and will carefully select which oils and techniques to use based upon your responses. She is extremely aware and perceptive during the session and can adjust pressure or methods mid-massage. Susan is also very tech savvy and keeps detailed records on her iPad with notes about each client's personal preferences. She has a website where you can schedule/reschedule appointments and always sends reminder emails prior to each session. I would hire Susan for weekly massages if I could afford it. Too bad health insurance companies don't yet see the wellness value in such therapy, as I believe there would be more people living healthy/happy lives and fewer that are stressed out/depressed if massages were a covered health benefit. I highly recommend Susan for massage therapy. read more

Stopped by the shop looking for help with negative energy/entity in my boyfriend's house. We were greeted by Dr. Day (Rev. Condon-Dick) who was able to come to his house the very next day to perform a house cleansing. What a blessing Dr. Day turned out to be! My boyfriend and I were both very hesitant/skeptical at first but the good Reverend blew us away with his accuracy, patience, knowledge, and personable and professional manner. He was able to pick up on exactly who the entity was before even entering the house and verified this by giving my boyfriend details about this spirit (and the house in general) that neither of us had told him (again because we were skeptical). I myself wasn't present during the cleansing but showed up shortly after he had finished and could physically feel a difference in the house. Love love love the store I went here to take a candle making class (my 1st time and was pretty excited)Only to get there and find out the class was cancelled. damn drove 40 min in the pouring rain but hey ..it happens what van u do? I did WIND up getting an unplanned chakra reading by Ethan Glass (my 1st and maybe last) and im sorry ethan but have to say it was not very good.. at all. I wound up talking most the time and answering his questions giving him insight because he was off on most everything he was getting. We even skipped 3 chakras because he couldnt read. What we did talk about was movies, his kung foo panda obbsesion and different religions and this cost me $45 which i swore after it was over.. he was gona tell me to just waive the charge (since he was just off today and couldnt read anything..but no he sort of wasted my time and i paid for it) ...Not to mention the entire reason i gave into the reading was so he would recommend a book on chakras i mistakingly asked him about which never even came up again. Susan set me up Scott. He asked what my issues were. Then he says" let's see if I can fix the problem". This sounds simple but wasn't. Most times the Massuese asks deep tissue, light or something like that. Scott started working on my froze up neck and said that if we did deep tissue it wouldn't of done anything. Which I had earlier the week before and he was, is right. He did different tissue depth, different pressures and sometimes it didn't really seem like he was working on it hard enough. I am so glad that I followed the link to the website because I read through the bios of all of the therapists here and realized Sarah was having a 20% off deal all through November (which lets be honest here, thats what really pulled me in.) So i booked my appointment for the next day and came right in. Sarah is a sweetheart for one, and she is positively mind blowing at what she does. I have never felt so comfortable with a new massage therapist as I did on her table.
