There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is opened with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between patients. They are only taking patients by appointment only. No walk ins. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: Lots of parking here in the back of this establishment. Just an FYI, Dr. Lam's office is located inside a massive medical plaza. Prepandemic, the parking lot would always be full and you would have to constantly circle the lot for a parking spot. The parking spots are decent. Not too big or too small. Staff: I loved coming here as a child. Dr. Lam was my pediatrician for 18 years. Now, I take my neighbor's children to see him because he is the best. He is very kind, patient, dedicated, passionate, loving, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He has like over 40+ years of experience. He could retire because he is well over 65 years old, but he chose not to because he loves his job. Now that's dedication. Texting him is much easier than using our insurance's telehealth service where I am routed and re-routed through random doctors and put on hold for hours. Because Dr. Wu knows our specific situation, he can give much more precise detailed answers and much quicker than our general insurance can.
