Do not use this service. It's overpriced, the customer service is terrible and the tutoring is…read moremediocre. We scheduled an in person session. The tutor was horrible. He came twice. He spent 1.5 hours each time talking about his wife and showing my daughter Photos of his vacations. He also told us he was fired from his teaching job for punching a student. After that we were only able to schedule tutors virtually because no one was available in our area. The tutors we're going to school and working so the times were very inconvenient. We used 16 hours of tutoring. They charged me for the three hours of the tutor that wasted our time. We had agreed to 36 hours in our contract. Don't waste your $$$$! There are local tutors that charge $25-50 an hour in person tutoring at your convenience not at the convenience of students with limited time or with bad teachers!

We spoke and met up at Starbucks to interview each other. She was hired on the spot! Very professional, intelligent and she was a retired teacher. Prof. Maria will give you updates on your child's progress, and make it fun for them. My daughter has gained more confidence, and is excited to attend her Spanish tutoring. Her Spanish grade has improved.
