Bought a new house and before we moved in, we decided to clean all the carpeted areas. I reached out to several 4&5 star Yelp service providers in our new city and Mike was the first one to respond - within a half hour. He asked how many living spaces we were talking about and I told him. He gave me a quote there, on the phone, without the asterisk next to it about the actual cost possibly being more based on level of work involved. I agreed on the price and we arranged a date at my convenience for him to come do the work. The night before our appointment, Mike called and confirmed the arrival time. When he arrived today, I realized that I had left one room, a set of stairs and a hallway out during the quote process. Mike was incredibly gracious and said that as long as he was here he would do it for a very nominal fee. I was relieved and left home to do the work. Two hours, seven bedrooms, a media room, a set of stairs and a hallway later, he was done! My house smells clean but not overwhelmingly perfumed. The carpets are damp but not wet and they all look so clean! And the price was better than all the other quotes I received. Phenomenal job! I will recommend Spot On to anyone needing carpets cleaned. What a SUPERIOR job, with a PRICE MUCH LOWER than I expected! Michael answered the phone the first time...I must admit I didn't realize it was 5:20 on a Thursday. He was happy to help, and so professional. My 10 yr old diabetic pug had made her third accident on our recliner, and I was about to put it out on the curb and be done with it. Michael offered to come out the next morning in between his previously scheduled visits. He called and ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, did an excellent job. The recliner has been saved and is back where it belongs, as it is "LIKE NEW"!! Then he cleaned an area rug, which was an afterthought for me. It looks And smells GREAT. On his way out, he even gave me advice on a leak at my outdoor water faucet, which enabled me to cancel a service call with another company. All around WONDERFUL experience.
