I needed my driver side rear bumper repaired and I cannot believe how fast they were able to do this for me. Overall a good experience removing a dent about an inch in size from my vehicle. The service was fast and friendly and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome/comfortable. They even offer a military discount which is nice (though it is the same $20 off anyone can get either by printing the $20 off coupon on their website or checking in on Yelp). There was a slight scratch inside the dent, which the staff touched up, trying hard to match paint colors, which I really appreciated. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel the price was a tad high for the size and location of the dent. I got quotes from other places and Dent Busters' estimate (a range) was slightly above and slightly below what others quoted. When I brought it in, I was told it would be $125, which was at the very top of the quoted range. Kind of surprising, but I am not disappointed. Oh how many times I've passed Dent Busters and have had a good laugh at their ghost sign! Never thought I'd ever walk into the shop, though. Until two weeks ago when someone so carelessly abused my pretty black car with their car's door. So, off to the body shop I know and love, and then to Dent Busters as a last resort. The body shop confirmed that I needed a "paintless dent repair" specialist, but gave me another company's name because they don't do that in their shop. Since I now knew that I needed PDR, I ran to Dent Busters before calling the other company. Jenny greeted me promptly and we went out to look at the ding. It took her a minute to give me a very fair estimate and explain what to expect from the PDR process. She also told me that Dent Busters works with the dealership that my car was purchased at, which gave me a lot of confidence, and actually sealed the deal for me. I did call the other PDR guy since Dent Busters couldn't fit me into their schedule with one hour left until closing. He was about 30% more expensive. I would have paid more if I thought I needed to, but honestly, working directly with my car's dealership sold me on the obvious quality of work that Dent Busters does. So since I went late in the day and they couldn't fit me into the schedule, I brought my car to them this past week. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and they took my car in right away. Forty-ish minutes later, and they were done! I pulled up with an ugly door ding, and I left with a shiny, smooth, dingless car! They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier! The entire experience with Dent Busters was a breath of fresh air. They are very friendly and professional. On my first trip, they buffed out a long streak on my door, at no cost, as someone sideswiped my car a few weeks after I was hit in a parking lot and brought the car in for a fender repair. Absolutely blown away! If I could give 6 starts I would. I had a nasty "punch" dent from dropping something heavy RIGHT on the crease of my door panel. The worst possible place. The steel is strong there and there is a perfect line that is now dented. DENT BUSTERS made it look so good without resorting to the usual sand, grind, prep, paint $$$$ process. There is the SLIGHTEST remaining dent which they were apologizing for (and I can't even see!).....but I was amazed they could even fix it at all. I would go there again FOR SURE. If I could give DB 10 stars I would ! Their estimate was $822 , Toyota's $2,500 , YIKES ! I smacked my car's roof with my garage door , yanking off the antenna cover and denting the roof. I brought my car to DB , not even knowing if they did this kind of work. To my surprise , they don't just do paintless repairs , they do major collision repairs as well , who knew ? The office staff are very professional and their customer service beyond reproach. They repaired the car in the less than 2 days promised, doing the work precisely and spot on , at the ( well worth it ) estimated price. Since Covid hit , I've despairingly noticed rotten customer service and work in just about every service and industry that I've done business with. I'm more than happy ( elated really ) to report that Dent Busters is way beyond the exception to the (new) rule of disservice, as they are exceptionally excellent on every level. I was in some need of body work, and relied on Yelp to come check out Dent Busters...they are as good as it gets! The work that was done was top notch. The rates were very reasonable and comparable (if not less than other estimates), but what was most amazing was the service and attention to the customer! I was treated almost like "family" from the second I walked in the door. All of the staff was great. Once I left the truck for service, some issues came up after they got "under neath" it...I was immediately called and emailed pictures and then asked if i wanted this work done also. It was a no brainer... The work was done and only slightly increased my cost over the quote. They apologized...they gave me a quick and detail explanation what will needs to done...answered my questions direct and simple. Got my quote...seems pretty reasonable! 2) one week later..got some time off..its 3PM..hummm... let me call see if they can fit me in. they were busy and the girl that answered the phone even remember who I am and what kind of the car I have. 3) 4 weeks later...I brought the car in with no appointment and they took me right away...During this visit I had notice from the office lady to the owner they treat all the customers with a greatest amount of the courtesy and without being... let say dramatic...you know what I mean? 4) Job is finished...owner personally brought my car to the front. Wait!...she told me it will take 1 1/2 hour..it has only been an hour..I guess I finish rest of the movie I was watching on my tablet later. OK here is my little wagon. I am looking for the dent...
