They were quick to take our orders and offered great recommendations on drinks. The drinks were inexpensive and tasty. The pizza, in particular, was a delightful surprise and very tasty. The cleanliness of the bar, including restrooms, was well-maintained. The parking lot is small, so plan ahead for parking for events that may be crowed. Overall, Coopers Bar exceeded my expectations. My date ordered the same dish and felt the same way. The biggest disappointment was that the food arrived only room temperature. It seems like more and more restaurants are serving food that isn't hot, and that's frustrating. My date also ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger came out without the fries, although they were brought out later. Overall, the experience was okay. The atmosphere and building are great, but the food temperature and portion size, left me underwhelmed. I might come back one day to try the brunch menu, but based on this visit, it's probably not a place I'd rush back to.

I used my extra pita bread to sop it up. The artichoke with hummus appetizer is also tasty. My friend got the lamb shank (chops?) and she also enjoyed her meal. The espresso martini was good but it had like a chunky shaved chocolate or something on the rim which was unnecessary and made it kind of hard to drink. We haven't tried any desserts yet but they look amazing. It was about $150 for 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer. I couldn't afford this regularly but it's a nice treat every now and then.
