They also had so many different sections where kids can play in areas that are so cute! There was a doctor area, kitchen area, supermarket area, post office area and so much more! On a previous visit, I arrived and had to leave due to a private event. Staff told me to check their social media for updates. On March 21, 2026, I checked their social media beforehand and saw no notice. I arrived at 12:42 PM and was told there was another private party, so I had to leave again. As a paying member for two children and one adult, this was frustrating and inconvenient. There should be a more reliable way to notify members, such as text or email alerts, so we are not showing up when the location is closed.

brought my four children here for the second time, their father was the one who went first.. he had…read morea wonderful experience with them a little less than a month ago, anyways so I come in and absolutely no one is there to greet us not a team member in sight. finally after nearly 15 minutes of patiently waiting, my oldest son finally walked through the "out of order" gates to finally find a team member in the back room on HER PHONE, she didn't acknowledge us after my son smiles and waves "hey, how are you? we've been waiting for a while", she continues to look back down at her phone and ignore him, I then follow up with telling my family "let's go to sky zone", she then made comments stating "your attitude doesn't need to be here anyway" I try to brush it off, my children are overheated and overwhelmed at this point, then I ask about the summer pass, and instead of answering any of my questions she states, "well, are you gonna get it or not. it's expensive" AS IF SHES DICTATING MY FINANCES, so we decided to just get the general admission entry tickets for $22.90 since those comment, my husband and I had agreed originally to get the "summer pass" we saw online, she said "well why didn't you just buy it online then", I asked to speak to a manager she said "that's me", I then asked her name, it toke three attempts to finally reach a point where she was willing to give it to me.. she stated her name was "faith" we've never seen her prior, our first time attending was a nice African American male, and a very well spoken white male with a long mustache, we asked if there had been a change in management since we had only recognized the two other gentlemen, she then stated "she personally fired both of them personally, and other team members" another team member was trying to keep the situation under control to be fair this second team member had just come back from "break" so she wasn't caught up with exactly what had happened, I tried to explain what toke place, and "faith" stated if we don't leave she'll remove us from the park herself, I wasn't allowed to be heard, and I also didn't get the opportunity to ask for corporate support, or from whom ever was in change this event toke place over the weekend, after processing the emotions and gathering my child's thoughts and emotions, I felt it was necessary to bring this to light, we were "forced out", we waiting for several minutes upon entry of the playground, and the whole incident she was vulgar, and most all my children were SCARED!! Minerva was our host for the day, and she truly went above and beyond. She made sure our setup was perfect and that we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Minerva and her team handled the setup, decorations, and cleanup seamlessly, all while reading the room and anticipating our needs. The facility was well organized and clean. This was the first birthday party where my husband and I were actually able to sit back, chat with guests, play with my kids, relax, and genuinely enjoy the celebration instead of running around stressed. Parents please pay attention to your children these playgrounds are NOT à babysitting area. Stay off your phones and watch your kids.
