Nice place to play. My sons love here!

My son love here! Very nice place and very clean too. We come almost every week. They also have food inside.

It's big enough, the place just really smells like feet. You need to do more cleaning or something but it was a pretty overwhelming smell. Not enough people cleaning in between. I do like the place and it has lots of potential but I'm not sure how sanitary this place is. I'd go back only right when it opens or when it is not as crowded during a weekend... just of the smell and the cleanliness in question.

While people want to order still on her phone

The place is wonderful it the lady behind the counter selling food. I asked for nachos she said I can give them to you but the cheese will be cold, so I ask why she said they not allowed to warm the cheese huh how does that work, I asked about burritos rudely she answered while playing on her phone. No interest at poor poor customer service. Today is 8/15/26

Candeeland in Riverside is such a fun spot for kids! From the moment we walked in, it felt bright, colorful, and welcoming. The staff was really friendly and check-in was quick (which is a lifesaver when you've got excited kids pulling you toward the play area). The play areas are awesome--super clean and safe. My kids went straight for the big ball pit and climbing tunnels and I swear they could've stayed there all day. I loved that there's a separate toddler section too so the little ones can play without getting bumped by the big kids. For parents, it's actually pretty relaxing. There's plenty of comfy seating, spots to charge your phone, and even a snack bar with reasonable prices. I actually got to sit down, sip on something, and just watch the kids have fun. We also saw a birthday party while we were there and it looked really well set up--fun for the kids and super easy for the parents. By the time we left, my kids were wiped out (they were knocked out in the car within 5 minutes ). Overall, Candeeland is a win. The kids had a blast, I got a break, and we're already planning our next trip back--this time with more family tagging along

Our family always had a fun time here! We usually purchase the 2 hours play time for 2 kids on Groupon (valid for Monday through Friday). We sign the waivers ahead of time so check in is painless and hassle free. They ask for my phone number, and our tickets are printed. Our kids have the best time here, running around exploring, sliding down fun slides, and they have train rides! The train have its own schedule posted by the ride. The facility is kept nice, clean, and cool. They even provide parents with plenty of fun colored benches for us to sit and wait as our little ones are burning their energy. They also have a snack station for purchase.

Had a great time. My son love it. I do recommend you signing the waiver before you show up. I did my online at home to save me time before getting there. It was clean and the employees were friendly. Will be back!

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'

It's a cute little place for kids with a lazy river, three slides, a toddler area, and a wave area. I was excited to find somewhere that was a little more convenient and purchased 3 season passes. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the passes twice. When I originally asked the girls working at the front desk about the schedule, I was told that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. Based on that information, I felt comfortable purchasing the season passes because I knew my other kids would be coming back from vacation and we would have plenty of opportunities to use them. That ended up not being the case. The park was closed multiple times for private events, and then the schedule changed. I eventually called to check whether they were open and got a voicemail saying that they would now only be open on weekends until Labor Day. I emailed the park because I was disappointed and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like they were very helpful. I was basically told that the calendar had been posted since the beginning of summer and that it was my responsibility to check it. The problem is, I didn't even know there was a calendar to check. I was given information directly by the employees at the front desk that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. If someone had told me, "Our schedule can change, so please check our online calendar before purchasing," I absolutely would have done that. In fact, if I had known the actual schedule, I probably wouldn't have purchased the season passes in the first place. Because of the closures, private events, and schedule changes, I was only able to use my pass twice and couldn't use it when my other kids returned from vacation, which was the whole reason I purchased the passes. I think it's a cute little water park and could be a fun option for younger kids, especially if you're looking for something smaller than the big water parks. But unfortunately, the way this was handled left a really bad taste in my mouth. I completely understand that schedules can change and private events happen. What I don't think is fair is telling customers one thing when they're purchasing passes and then essentially telling them afterward that they should have known to check a calendar they weren't aware existed. I'm sure three season passes aren't going to make or break the business, but as a customer, I definitely feel like I got screwed over for simply trusting the information I was given by the employees.

She did not tell me to go online to book. She did say I had to have a $750 minimum since she'd be coming to San Diego, and I was ok paying the extra. Again, no mention to go online to do this while talking. I can't go back to Tuesday the 22nd on my phone to screenshot my log. But I've posted the 2 calls I made to her Wednesday and the call I made on Thursday. I left messages asking for a call back and that we'd spoken. Let's be clear, they were not booked. I've been looking for a Dino encounter type of company for my sons 4th birthday party. After speaking with several companies who were unavailable, this was the only one who was available. I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!

The food at the concession stand smelled and looked great, although we were too busy trying to survive to actually stop and eat. The camp and surrounding areas were designed incredibly well. Everything was clean and organized while still having the perfect run-down, dilapidated summer-camp appearance. Horror movies played on a huge outdoor screen, techno-horror music blasted throughout the camp, and monsters constantly roamed the grounds. It created a fun, energetic and genuinely creepy atmosphere. The staff was excellent. Their costumes looked great, and everyone stayed committed to their characters. We also had a bit of a medical emergency during the experience, and the entire staff, including the monsters, handled it perfectly. They didn't baby us or completely break character, but they continued checking on us throughout the night to make sure everything was okay. They were spectacular: very good, and very evil. We loved both the Fight and Flight attractions. In Fight, you move through an infected camp searching for a cure while blasting zombies. If a zombie touches you, you become "infected." At the end, they scan everyone with a black light, identify the infected campers and administer the "cure." It was interactive, creative and a lot of fun. Flight was much more physical and intense. You sprint, crawl, hide and try to escape while zombies hunt you. Each camper wears three flag-football-style flags, and the zombies try to snatch them. You must escape with at least one flag remaining to win. Some zombies loudly groan and charge at you in plain sight, while others stay completely silent and hide in the darkness, waiting for you to pass. Between the darkness, fog, creepy atmosphere and uncertainty about where the next zombie was hiding, it was intense as all get out. Afterward, we were taken into the forest for the survival portion of the night. We spent approximately 30 minutes running through the woods and evading slashers. Somehow, after being chased through the darkness by a group of psychos, we made it out of the forest alive and returned to camp. Back at camp, there was a series of traditional camp-style games with horror twists. There was always something happening, something to explore or something trying to kill you. The entire night remained entertaining from beginning to end. Camp Coffin Creek was such a unique experience. It was far more than simply walking through another haunted house. It was interactive, intense, exciting and, at times, genuinely exhausting, in the best possible way. We would absolutely recommend it and will be coming back for anything else these guys host. 10/10.
