This place is perfect for young kids to explore, imagine, and engage in pretend play. Upon entering it's CLEAN and organized. Staff takes your child's temperature to ensure they're healthy before playing. Love that it's a no shoes place further emphasizing how clean this place is. There's even slippers to use when you go to the restroom to ensure cleanliness while using the restroom. I appreciate that there's a play area specifically for infants. A yuck bucket (bucket to put toys that were put into mouths) eases my anxious brain to hopefully keep germs at bay. Each area allows for endless play and exploration. I've come with my 2.5 year old and my 1 year old and both of them had a blast. Will definitely return. (In fact we did return to have a birthday party!) Would highly recommend. read more

When we walked in, we were greeted immediately and the check in process was so easy and smooth! The employee was so polite and friendly! She had all my info and I filled out my waiver beforehand which made it a lot easier! If you make a reservation online you can fill out your waiver before coming in! We were shown where to put our shoes, bags and bathrooms. You have to take your shoes off kids and yourself so make sure you wear your good socks! They also have shoes you can wear to go into the bathroom so you don't have to go in with no shoes on. My son is under 12 months and they have a section just for him! He loved it! They also had so many different sections where kids can play in areas that are so cute! There was a doctor area, kitchen area, supermarket area, post office area and so much more! We had the best and perfect time at Pretend Playland for my sons 1st birthday! We havent been here prior to the birthday and we were impressed by how beautiful and carefully put together everything was! We just showed up and everything was already set up! The play area is super clean, fosters a calm atmosphere and plenty of nautural lighting! The kids had the best time! And watching them pretend to be little adults was the best. I hosted my daughter's second birthday here this month and it was a hit! Everyone loved the clean and engaging setting ! There was a worker there when we had the party and she was BEYOND helpful! She helped set up and cleaned up everything. All of the kids , from age 1-6, had a blast and were playing for the entire two hours. I've had birthday parties at other play places and rushing to decorate and haul stuff to and from the location was a headache! This place is decorated already! As soon as we walked inside Pretend Playland, my kids were drawn to the inviting space and immediately immersed themselves in playing restaurant. My kids also adored the grocery market and construction zone. My 3-year-old absolutely loved visiting Pretend Playland. Pretend Playland is set up like a town with a flower shop, house, cafe, and many other zones. My daughter's favorite zone was the post office, complete with boxes and letters labeled with pictures of the other buildings, encouraging children to deliver the mail to each zone. It's such a great place for children to safely explore the little town and engage with others. There are plenty of benches in the middle of the room for guardians to sit and watch the fun. Our kids LOVE Pretend Playland! Each of the unique play areas were so creatively and lovingly designed for open play. My kids could easily spend hours in each area planting flowers, playing doctor, grocery shopping, taking care of baby dolls, building in the construction zone, and more! They didn't want to leave! It was fabulous for us as parents to be able to sit on the thoughtfully placed park benches in the middle and enjoy watching our kids play.
