Warning to Friends & Family Please DO NOT SHOP at Lila Wine and Spirits. On Thursday (11/13/2025), they charged my card $13.31 and the payment cleared. Today, I went back to the store, and they claimed I never paid. I even showed the clerk my bank ledger showing the cleared amount, but he insisted it wasn't correct and forced me to pay again $19.78 . To make matters worse, he refused to give me a receipt after I asked for one. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Please be careful--they may charge your card and then claim the payment didn't go through. I only gave you the one star because I couldn't leave no stars. After taking a trip to Bourbon country with my wife, I really became interested in collecting rare bottles of Bourbon. I went to a couple of big box stores and could not find any of the brands I was looking for, especially Buffalo Trace and their collection of brands. A few people I talked to in town said to talk to Manny at Lila's, he can try to help you find some of those bottles you are looking for. I went into the store and started talking to Manny and he sold me a great bottle of EH Taylor Small Batch at a fantastic price. I asked him about ordering other brands and he was more than willing to help out. Lila's not only sells a lot of great bourbon at great prices, but they are the only liquor store that sells Buffalo Trace product. Manny is wonderful to work with and has recommended some other newer bourbons that are just as great. He talked me into getting a Rye bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company and my wife and I love it.
