She offered a selection of cheese and charcuterie to BYO cheese board. This is nice if you want to come in and cork a bottle or want to snack while you attend a tasting. We recently had a private birthday party here for my mom and sister. They allowed us to bring in our own food, and they did a wine tasting experience for each guest. We started with a nice and light rose and worked our way up to a bold cab. Every guest got to go at their own pace, and she was patient enough to re-explain each tasting the different guests wanted.
