I'm a monthly member at this Quick Quack location and usually have a good experience, but lately it's been frustrating. A big part of why I pay for the membership is the vacuums, and most of them haven't been working on multiple visits. It's not just one stall--it's been several at a time, which makes it hard to actually finish cleaning my car after the wash. For a paid membership, I expect the equipment to be maintained and available. The wash itself is solid, but the vacuum situation needs serious attention. Hoping management addresses this soon because I'd like to keep coming here without having to hunt for a working vacuum every time. read more

This was my first time at this location. I was a little bummed because they didn't have the cute little graphics while getting your car washed. The quality of this location is really good. I did not have to rerun my car back through the wash. They also provide the towels, air compressor, and vacuum. Everything was working! If you have a membership, this is definitely a great value. If you don't, I wouldn't suggest going. Also, if you have more than one car, it's super worth it because each additional car is $20. I'm changing this review to a 1 star because I was advised by the manager in their response back you only get the graphics with the ceramic wash and that's what I pay for so why didn't I receive a ceramic wash today? So quick! And easy. So there seems to be more and more Quick Quack Car Wash's popping up everywhere. At first, I didn't get the hype. But now I doooooooo! If you have the membership then you can go an unlimited number of times. Yes unlimited! How cool is that? Now I'm obsessed with my car being squeaky clean. "Oh no there's a speck of dust on my car. No problem! I'll hit quick quack real quick." Lol The membership is awesome. You can add on additional cars. It's well worth the price. Especially when you pay 10 bucks for a car wash at most gas stations. Why not pay a little more and get unlimited washes everyday? I'm all about this place. Even if there is a line, it goes so fast! You are in and out just like that. They give you a wipe for your dash and interior. There are vacuum stations outside incase you need to clean out dirt and things. I usually just do the drive through feature. I'm too lazy for the interior vacuum part lol But it's nice to have as an option if I ever need it. :) read more

Paid 21.00 for a non basic wash but the wash was not worth that price. It left my car with window dust and rims and lower bumper still was untouched. I specifically paid more to have a better wash option but not worth it. I would of been better off at a manual car wash for a couple bucks more. I will think about it twice if I ever have to come back here read more

My first time to this car wash and last! I went through there today pulled into the vacuum station get out of vehicle and there was so much dirt on my vehicle I wiped it off lightly with my finger, I pull back around and speak to the attendant and explain my concerns and show him. He tells me "That is the thing about Quick quack you can go through as many times as you want" so I say ok Thank You and drive through again only to find same thing! Been a quick quack member for a few years now today on July 12 around 11 thirtyish decided to go to get my car washed at this location and when I went through it didn't put soap on my car it just washed with water so I went back up and told them that no soap came out And they said go through. The cashier Abel went out and talked to the girl that was in there and he pushed the button and so when I went through so the car before me didn't get soap either so so I rolled down my window and asked the girl and she said that's how a good wash is. No soap so I went back to the cashier and admitted to me that their pump was broke so that's why they have to have cars go through their a second time well, if someone don't notice, you guys are ripping them off because you're not giving them no soap, so I think that's pretty unfair that you guys would be a fraud like that on a big company so I think you need to do something about that read more

Always great service! Started to come here when my normal location kept having issues. Glad i did. Blowers work best here vs other quack spots. Also tireshine is more consistent than north fontana and south fontana spots. (Had to go to them all to figure where was best). Arizona quack was worst location left streaks all over my car but thats another story They can normally beat me outside before i can even fly up the driveway. Always service with a smile, dont know how they can stay cheerful every day. Havent seen em on a bad day yet and i come daily. I have special washing needs for my armored vehicle and they remember without me having to say anything. I have a monthly membership & frequent this establishment once a week on average. Now that I've been a member for for a while I have some pretty solid options about the place. I'll start with the good... Customer service is top notch. Their employees are very friendly and pleasant. No complaints on the car wash itself. The wash is a good value for the price I pay for the membership. The bad: the vacuums are absolutely terrible. Horrible really. I generally have to re-park in a new spot after I begin to vacuum because the nozzle is broken off or missing. The suction is often really low and barely sucks. If my revue was based just on the vacuums it would be a one star. I started coming here when this location was fairly new and the vacuums were great. Quick Quack please do better. read more

Do not come here. Waste of your money. I stopped here on my way to work, for a "quick" car wash and vacuum. I had to move my car to FOUR different spots because none of the vaccumes were working. I got tired of walking moving my car so I started walking to each spot to check the vaccumes and most of them didn't work! People around me were expressing the same concern. Ultimately, we all waited for each other to finish using the few available vaccumes, but i ended up being here 50 minutes instead of the 15min i planned on. I'm mad i paid for this shitty service.
