She made time to see us, quickly assessed and resolved the issue, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism and expertise. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and ability to connect with our kids. She created a calm, reassuring environment that made them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. At the same time, she was thoughtful and attentive to us as parents, ensuring we felt informed and supported every step of the way. Dr. Ashley clearly has her patients' best interests at heart. Her combination of clinical skill, responsiveness, and compassionate care makes her an outstanding pediatrician. We feel very fortunate to have her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to other families.

Dr. Ashley is very friendly and she took her time with the markings and made sure everyone was satisfied with it. The actual piercing itself was so quick and she got the position exactly as marked! The fact that we were at the comfort of our home was so important for us. Highly recommend Dr. Ashley!

She recently moved to Hayward in the foothill shopping center. We had never been to that location. The parking situation is atrocious and lots of stairs or ramp to get to the building. With a 2 year old it definitely isn't super quick and easy to navigate. I took work off to take my daughter. Our appointment was for 3:30. I am pregnant and carried her up all the stairs and took a long time to find parking. We get in to check in at 3:36 and the rude receptionist tells us that Dr Kimberly has a 5 minute grace period (which I've never been informed about and is not listed anywhere when booking the appointment) she said she would check with the doctor anyways. She took 5 minutes to check, the doctor said no and I would have to reschedule. Mind you, the office had one adult waiting in there, otherwise completely empty. Extremely disappointed and sad we will never be back. I think if you're going to have a 5 minute grace period, you should inform clients, especially at a pediatric office, especially at a brand new location that has HORRIBLE parking and lots of stairs. Would've been wonderful to know ahead of time. I am a very punctual person, I am always on time, I just had no idea there would be so many obstacles getting to the office itself, I respect people's time. Super disappointed.

The clinic itself is pretty simple (not a lot of kid-themed décor), but the wait times are never long, which is a big plus. Dr. Kavitha is wonderful--she's kind, patient, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns (which I really appreciate as a mom of two very active boys!). The staff has also been great--super nice, professional, and very responsive whether I call or email. Overall, I feel my kids are in good hands here and would definitely recommend this clinic to other families.

I am disappointed in this pediatric facility along with Dr. Kavitha. The interior doesn't give the…read morefriendly children vibe at all. They also do not allow you to throw diapers there. So if you have a child who needs to change diapers, you got to hold onto it yourself. Which is weird, considering this is a pediatric place. As a mother, it is heartbreaking Dr. Kavitha dismissed our newborn like nothing when we wanted to delay the vaccination shots since she is half the weight of a regular baby. For a doctor, she could have at least been professional and not just walk out the door rudely. It's important to control your emotions and understand from a parent's view. If you decide to take your child here, make sure the staff members wash their hands. You never see them put on gloves, so you can't tell if they're using the same ones on their previous patients. Also, don't hesitate to ask the staff to wear masks too. Breathing on your child can pass on germs. Anyway, may this place improve since the lives of children are important. And should be more important than money, but who knows.
