We also had a disappointing experience with the phone customer service, as the representative came across as unfriendly and dismissive. I'm not writing this to attack anyone, because everyone can have an off day. However, I do think additional customer service training on professionalism, communication, and customer engagement could make a significant difference. Customers who are making major purchases should feel welcomed and appreciated not as though they're interrupting an employee's day.
