I usually do it via phone or email, and they reply very quickly. I have done chemical peels and a BDR facial here before. The esthetician is very thorough. At many spas, I feel they either don't clean my face properly, they don't put enough product on all the areas of my face, or are rushed. It's not like that here. I always feel so relaxed. The esthetician is very professional and she always cleans and treats every inch of my face and neck. The treatments themselves are great. The chemical peels really help to clear my complexion and calm breakouts. The BDR facial also cleared and brightened my face. Highly recommend! Their equipment is new and not dated, so they really give results. They recommend products as well, but aren't pushy in getting you to buy from them. They even recommended some drug store products to help with overall skin. So they really care about getting you results and respecting your budget. Overall, great place to get your facials done.

After I sat down, my barber, Amed, worked patiently with me to get the most ideal side part I was looking for. The way he trimmed the top of my hair was extremely precise & surgical, to ensure the lengths were even - I loved that. The whole service also came with hair wash, shampoo, conditioning and styling after. Amed's styling technique was quite impressive, too, to say the least. Although it was the first time seeing him, it seemed like he knew how to deal with my super tough & curly hair for ages. The price was also extremely reasonable, and the taper, fade, haircut, styling, and customer service were superlative. I will be back very often. Next time I'll come for the beard trim too. 5/5. I used to love going here. I never had many horrible experiences. However, last time I was there, I felt rushed and I was out in 10 minutes for an eyebrow appointment. Granted the lady did say she was quite busy with laser services. The manager reached out and I was quite apologetic as I did not want anyone to get into trouble for a review I left. After 5 weeks, I decided to return and unfortunately I was paired with the same lady like last time. Although extremely nice, I think there there needs to be a few more training sessions. She threaded my brows. When she did my right brow, it was fine. But my left, I felt a sharp pain many times but didn't think nothing of it other than my eyebrow hairs not wanting to leave my face. I left I was happy and my eye brows looked good. What I notice when I return home was trauma to my brow bone. Lots of trauma and blood and tender feeling. I ended up applying topical cream for the cuts. I do believe this will be my last session there.

I've gone to other places that seem to work during sessions but all the growth comes back a few months later if I stop. Viola invests in good quality equipment with lasers that actually work! The hairs I have left are few and very fine even several months after treatment so I only need to shave once a week or even once a month(legs) to keep everything silky smooth. Now I only go for treatments every 6 months or so for general upkeep. Fariba is also very warm. welcoming and professional. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable during treatments and is very flexible/accommodating with her schedule. I typically just send her a text message now to schedule an appointment which makes it's easy and hassle free.

I wanted to post a review on my recent BOTOX treatment I had 4 days ago at V Line…read more I'd been to a few clinics here in Toronto. but wasn't happy with either the standard of the work, communication or hygiene of the clinics, so never committed to having BOTOX. A friend recommended V Line Cosmetics Clinic to me so I emailed. The nurse ( Heather ) who performed my procedure emailed me the same day & advised me exactly what would work for my issues. As you can see from the photos I had fine lines between my brows & a deeper frown line above my left eye. Bare faced it wasn't so bad but no matter what skincare or primer I used my foundation would settle into these lines throughout the day making them more prominent. Heather advised dysport & we went ahead with the treatment. In the photo's you can see the area is much smoother after the treatment, there is almost no texture either, which I love. I experienced no swelling or pain, the injections themselves feel like a pinch but nothing painful. I would highly recommend V Line, the Clinic is of the highest standard I've seen, the staff are extremely knowledgeable & only treat you with procedures beneficial to you as an individual. I've continued with V Line & have had my Lip Fillers & Cog Thread treatments, I could'nt be happier with my results.
