    I've bought 3 trucks from lilliston Dodge and have always walked away feeling as though I've gotten what I've wanted and never pushed or rushed with my decisions. My wife's car motor went and she saw some vehicles at lilliston ford she wanted to check out. We pulled up and were greeted as you would expect from a dealership by Ian our random salesman that day. We told him what vehicles we wanted to check out and he got the keys for us, he was laid back and not pushy as some salesman are. We test drove a few things and left . Came back a few days later after some thought and she picked a vehicle she liked, the process was smooth and not rushed or pushy. Ian did a great job on explaining everything to my wife who is very uncomfortable with the entire wheeling and dealing while shopping for a vehicle. The dealership is very clean and modern, it's a comfortable place . At the end of the day the process was pretty quick only a few hrs and once again I felt like we received the deal we were looking for and not ripped off and were treated respectfully. This being my 4th vehicle I purchased from the lilliston family it's hard for me to imagine buying from anywheres else, we did stop at a few other dealerships to check out some vehicles and they just didn't get me the comfortable feel I get from the lilliston dealerships. With that being said both Lilliston dealerships Ford and Dodge will continue to be my go to.

    This is a good place for an oil change called the works. They check your entire vehicle, change oil, rotate tires and give you a printed report. For $40 it's a good deal. The only issue is not telling the truth about the wait time. They have coffee, cookies and tea while you wait. I have purchased vehicles from them but it would not be a favorable review.

I will never, ever recommend anyone to look at Rossi for a car. Service? yes, I will ALWAYS recommend Rossi...but not cars. Take your business elsewhere. There is a technician there named Harold who used to be at Sussman (now Boardwalk) - he was an original Acura tech when the Acura brand started in the US and is an amazing technician. Throughout my time as a Honda product owner, which spans decades...I have never met a technician as proficient as Harold. There have been some good ones but he's the best.

I purchased my new car through the internet sales team, and it was a very pleasant, no-haggle process. They give you the "internet price", which comes out about at the price truecar will tell you to try to get. All the test driving, financing, and completing the process was pleasant and easy. They offered additional services and accessories, but definitely didn't try to up-sell me on these things.

I researched the Toyota 4Runner for months before taking the next step to purchase one. I contacted several Toyota dealerships through the internet and wound up visiting a handful of them in person. Toyota of Vineland treated me with the most respect and courtesy. Toyota of Turnersville - too pushy and too cocky. Holman Toyota - gave me the impression that they just wanted to make a sale as quickly as possible and move on to the next one. The salesman I dealt with, Toby, was down to earth and honest. It was a busy day at the dealership (end of the month sale) and Toby made sure that he knew I was still there even though I wasn't the only customer he was dealing with. His sales manager, CJ, was very accommodating and gave me all the time I needed to thoroughly think about the purchase. Once I made the decision to buy, I was told I could return later in the day to sign the paperwork since I would be waiting for hours if I stayed. I came back at the time they told me everything would be ready and they were true to their word. I did not have to wait once I arrived and signing the paperwork took all of twenty minutes. Toby and CJ both worked hard to make the sale happen and I am very happy and satisfied with my new 4Runner and the price I paid for it. It was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I haven't dealt with their service department yet, but I will update my review when I do. As long as my Toyota is as reliable as it is advertised to be I will be buying my next one at Toyota of Vineland.

Add-on's extra 2 grand. Financial manager told me "because we didn't want to give you the increase, we added the add on's to feel like you got something for it! Didn't give me anything!
