Love this Lilly location. The staff here are friendly and helpful when you need them to be. They have a wide range of selection in this store and anything you cannot find they are able to order from another store or ship directly to you. This store is much larger compared to my old Lilly store back home in Jersey that sadly closed. I have been a Lilly lover for many years but I have always had to purchase online as I don't live anywhere near a store. I was in Florida for a conference, and had my chance! I was so excited to visit the store, and found it to be bright, open, and colorful! Sadly, though, the staff was lacking. Even though I could've easily outspent the three college sorority girls that came into the store shortly after me, you would've thought I was invisible, and that the college girls were celebrities. Even after they pointed out that they were going to have to ask their mother for permission to buy a pair of shorts, I was still given no attention. I have bought thousands of items from Lilly on line but mostly at my store in Greenwich, Ct, at the Millenium Mall in Orlando, Key West and at the store in Winter Park, Florida. If you ever want to be treated like dirt go to Winter Park. I am terminating my Lilly Club and unsubscribed to their posting. I think the crew at that store needs a lesson in customer service. Their loss. I will find my wife's clothing elsewhere. You don't need to pay those prices and be treated like crap! read more

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Rachel and her team found a lot of the items on my list (Delancey Sink or Swim & Darlah, Dusk Top, and Mylee Tie Shorts Clawdia L) and tried to locate others! Although I already found those pieces somewhere else, I so appreciate her help and great customer service. Cute and shabby chic are the best words to describe this clothing boutique on Park Avenue in Winter Park....at least I think so anyway. This is the ultimate girly girl shop with dresses being a large part of their merchandise. Bright pinks, greens, yellows and lots of white mixed in greets your eyes on the outside and the inside of this shop. All of the clothes are very vibrant and "fresh." The dresses are very classy and can be worn to work (depending on the job), out for a night on the town or simply to run errands around town. Most of the styles are the same, either sleeveless, spaghetti strapped, three quarter sleeves of long and all are about knee length. The patterns, however, are what vary. Each one is usually much different from the next. Some of them are casual while others are way out their in color and pattern. The prices are not cheap...this is not your everyday kind of shop, but not a bad place to go for a special occasion dress. Or you can hit up the sales that usually happen at the end of each season to make room for the new merchandise. Most of the saleswomen are friendly and helpful...although sometimes I feel as if I'm being judged based on how I look, which is not unusual on this side of town. Location: Downtown Winter Park is great. (1) It's almost always warm - yay Florida! (2) There are a wide range of upper echelon shops and restaurants just waiting for you to explore and buy as many needlepoint belts as your heart desires! (3) There's Lilly. Ah, Lilly, Lilly... You're my babe. I'm going to turn off my Northern Elitest attitude for one minute to say - Southerners know how to do preppy with color. I don't know if I have very different employee experiences than most people because I'm outgoing and friendly (minus Northern Elitest attitude of course), but the girls in this shop were friendly and outgoing to me... I went into this beautiful store on a Wednesday afternoon to turn right back around in a matter of minutes. When I arrived one lady was checking out so the two sales ladies were helping her and didn't even greet me which is fine I guess- they were helping another customer. But when that customer left they started talking about her immediately saying very unkind things about her. I was so disgusted I just walked out. I don't like to spend money from people that are so disrespectful. I wonder what they said about me when I left? I went to the Lilly store at millenia mall later that week and had friendly staff members help me and spent a lot of money on fabulous finds for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. read more

I LOVE the brand Lilly Pulitzer, but I have to admit that this location is not my favorite to shop at. They have a mix of employees who either don't care about you whatsoever unless they think you'll be spending a lot, or they have ones that are completely overbearing and offer up to much help. They have a decent selection and occasionally good sales, so I'll continue to stop in to try on new items and occasionally make purchases, but usually prefer to go to Bloomingdales! read more

I went into this store and they were doing a partial proceeds for girls on the run, where 10% was donated. It was nice to see a company like this giving back. The staff was friendly and professional for the most part, and the store was clean. I bought an agenda and had it monogrammed, the "I" (my middle initial) came out looking distinctly like a "j", and when I pointed this out the sales associate just shrugged and turned to the next customer. I spent way more money than I should have here, but that's alright by me! The store was nice, clean, bright and everything was easy to find. I wasn't greeted right away, but that's fine too. I like shopping in peace and then being able to seek out help when I need it. Which I did and all the sales girls very very approchable and available. They found the shorts I was looking for and even made suggestions for tops that would go with them. It's a little far from my house, but definitely worth the satisfaction of walking out of the store with my purchases rather than waiting for them by mail! read more

Was in the store shortly after opening today with my daughter home from college. She wanted a few things so we chose this location. Poor choice - none of the sales people even picked their heads up to speak to us. It became a game to intentionally walk by to see if we could even get get a hello. We left and took our business elsewhere. The store was not busy only a few other people in there. read more

I ADORE Lilly Pulitzer and love the dresses and clothing but I have to say, shopping at this location is an awful experience regardless of how much money you spend. The ladies/girls working there look you up and down when you walk in and whisper to each other while giving you sideways glances. Very uncomfortable and down right rude to treat customers this way. The first few times this happened, I brushed it off in pursuit some of my now favorite dresses but I've now taken to shopping exclusively online to avoid the terribly nasty attitudes of the pretentious staff. Newsflash: You work in a retail store. Get over yourselves. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience in the store with a recent visit. I had a pair (brand new with tag still on ) of Lily shorts that my daughter had received for Christmas. We wanted to return the shorts to get a smaller size. We were told because they were old season print that we were not able to return these shorts. I know that this can be done. I would have been happy to even pay a restock or return fee. Very disappointing and will not spend my money in this store again. read more
