worst place. The owner lacks accountability, professionalism, and hair experience/ hygiene. My daughter's hair was pulled several times and ended up with the worst haircut. The hairdresser claimed it was a "blunt cut" and it truly looked like some chewed of the ends of my daughter's hair. At the end of the awful experience my daughter had several scratches on her neck, the hairdresser victimized herself not assuming her extremely long nails had caused harm. This business run on terrible experiences. Skip the trip, find a better place! read more

Lily the owner has a horrible attitude all the time and is rude. She cut my sons hair one time and was manhandling him like he was a grown man because she was frustrated. While jerking my sons head to the side she hit my head with the clippers and never said sorry. I trusted Nina with my son more after that but she just recently left my son with a bad haircut after trying no more than 5 minutes. He had always been really good with haircuts but the one time he was not being completely still she gave up. Didn't try to give him a semi good haircut, just left him patchy with hair longer than other sides all over. She didn't even give him a second to calm down when she only had one person left for the day. Tried to have them fix his haircut and the OWNER Lily refused, again with her horrible customer service. I love the haircuts that Lilly gives me. Unlike other stylists I have visited, she listens and gives me a great cut every time. I got so many complements the first time she cut my hair, that I have kept on going back. Since then we even tried another style which also garnered great compliments. Love this place. I liked this place however after today I'm never going back, I waited there over an hour for a haircut after coming in and singing in my name and the stylist I was requesting. Vero- she had cut my hair before and I liked it but today, besides not being acknowledged I got skipped by a boy and his dad. They came in 30 minutes after I did and got they haircuts first and I noticed they request the same girl so I'm guessing since they come often she already knew she had to take care of them. So basically the sing in sheet is pointless and I just wasted my time there. Literally wasted my time there. Too bad I really thought I had found a place to go get my hair cuts at. read more

Yes, they are really fast inexpensive and the hair cut is good. Only wish they cleaned up after someone else hair cut...not a big fan of sitting in someone else's hair. Also, the wash was lack of....I am sure my hair was not fully washed even fully wet in 30 secs. read more

Lilly is awesome! She is super inexpensive and does a great job. Perfect for kids cuts- she is a sweetheart and great with kids! I also visit her regularly for eyebrows and highlights. I can not beat the price and service! read more

For all of you people who read the reviews on Lily's beauty salon I like to write a new one myself because I'm the guy that wrote a very bad review for her salon and I was just really upset but I wanted everybody to know I got a bad haircut, since then I felt bad about that I went back in to find out that the lady who messed my hair up has been let go and the next haircut that I got was absolutely awesome so I would just like to retract my last statement and say that it is a great salon to go to, I've only had that one bad experience but she also handled the situation the way she should have and I will continue going there and getting great haircuts! read more

Lilly is a gem. Super fast, very inexpensive, and a terrific haircut. The salon is really classy and comfortable and the staff are consummate pros. I just moved to the neighborhood and happened to find Lilly's and I'm glad I did. Hers is one of the best haircuts I've gotten. read more
