SHE CUT OFF ABOUT 1.5 FEET IN A BLUNT ONE SHOT!!!! She TOOK OUT EVERY LAYER AND CUT IT TO MY BANGS (which now have no shape on face now ). I've cried all week & been a mess over this. before my appointment I sent text pic messages of my hair and what it looks like and should continue to look like, I showed her my pics at the appointment of how it should look and I stated verbally multiple times leave my length and layers just take the bottom dead ends and I want a bright white around my face & no yellow since I have to already use purple shampoo and only wash it every week or so to keep it from turning brassy. I TOLD HER repeatedly these things I TOLD HER I DONT WANT CHANGE JUST WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW . I should've walked out the moment she cut the bottom in beginning and it was a dry cut and blunt across with one swoop and about .33 inch and I reiterated to her " I'm having some concerns and don't want my hair like that" & got "oh it's just how I do it, it won't end that way I'll even it and I just don't want to waste dye" WHY WOULD SHE WASTE DYE ON THE ENDS ON A ROOTS HIGHLIGHTS!!! She kept saying when I'd question her "everyone does it differently" NO MAAM, IVE GONE TO OVER 9 stylists in 7 states over the past 6 years and every ONE OF THEM at least did the basic of not chopping off my hair and layers and not giving me fire hydrant yellow bangs for almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS I'm adding pics of what it looks like NOW AND BEFORE AND WHAT I ASKED FOR - the prior and what I what I ASKED FOR IT TO REMAIN IS GONE AND I HAVE TO GROW IT TO FIX IT AND AFTER THAT AMOUNT ON MY PAY CANT AFFORD TO FIX IT. The long layers and TEN YEARS of growing it to the way the layers and bangs ARE gone! I've now used purple shampoo multiple times and can't get this ugly cheap yellow color out, and my bangs don't match my hair. I was told $295 and charged $345 instead ($50 extra had me so upset I couldn't even look at it again after I left for hours, I put a hat on and cried in my car). I drove 600 miles (12 hrs of driving) RT, spent $300 on hotel and $100 on gas plus food in the area for them to destroy my hair and charge me an insane amount of money: No I didn't mention it then, although I could tell she knew, and I was quite frankly so upset I had to walk away. I can't exactly come back since this whole horrible experience cost me near $1k and I'm living this summer in South Dakota so I'd eat dirt on costs again. I literally have to start over and now terrified to have my cut fixed and honestly after spending so much I can't even afford it. Go at your own risk.

Lo did a beautiful job with my short bob/pixie combo style. I get so many compliments on the quality of it. A master stylist is around $60-75 per haircut or you can get a great cut from other Zinke stylists for $40-50. She has worked on my hair and done root touch., condition conditioning treatments, blowouts, haircuts, and gloss. Camelia is very attention to detail and I love that because I am very detailed oriented as well so I appreciate that. I enjoy her head massage. That is the best part when I go I feel relaxed refreshed and looking my best. The facial I received is with Abby they had a promotion with their skin products that if I purchased a product then I would get a free 30 minute facial I have been wanting to try Aveda's skin services and I was not disappointed. Abby did a great job with my skin. I felt heard with all of my concerns and she addressed them as well. My first one was with Roxanna, and my most recent one was with Joan. I think I will talk more about Joan because it's fresher in my memory, but I also remember loving Roxanna's massage too! Joan started by applying firm finger pressure on my spine, neck, and shoulders, she said that she was trying to see where I was tight / problem areas. It felt really good! Then she went through the usual full-body massage, and I could tell that she was very experienced and skillful. Everything felt soooo nice, my nerves/muscles even tingled a couple times :) I love that feeling... I also told her before the massage that I would like her to focus on my legs because I'm most active there, and I really liked her technique of raising and bending my legs in order to get a better massage into them, loosen them up, or whatever the massage-terminology might be :) I love the addition of the aromatherapy oils (I always choose the peppermint, it just smells so invigorating and refreshing, and is apparently good for sore muscles). I also love the hot towels that they place on your feet when massaging your legs. The salon/spa itself is nice because it's tucked away from the bustle of Pearl Street, in a quiet side road near the canyon. Going there always feels like a special little private retreat :) The spa rooms are softly lit, warm, and there are heated massage tables so it's just such a relaxing, quiet experience. They are also quite separate from the salon area which is nice. I will definitely be back!
