My 18 month old son had a blast! I went from 3:30-5:30 on a Friday and it was not crowded at all! There were a few families but did not feel overcrowded at all. The owner (?) and other employee were cleaning the entire time we were there so the place was spotless! Can't wait to come back! Pro tips: 1. You are not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks, but children can bring water bottles. 2. Adults and children also must bring socks!

Corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, scallion pancakes with sides of fruit.

This place is amazing! My two-year old niece from the UK (where these "soft play" places are more common) took off like a shot the second we got inside. It's extremely clean, with lots of interactive areas and they have loads of great menu items for kids (and adults alike) in the cafe area. Climbing, jumping, just really awesome for getting energy out. The cafe was super clean and the food was presented with care. I hope they keep the level of care as high as it currently is, because they will certainly have people coming back. I wish we had more places like this!

I came to Lily and Liam today 11-4-23, and they advised me at 11:45 when I arrive that they were closing at 12:30. I asked the owner to please give me at least a discount since I won't be here for an hour and he was adamant and said no and so rude I would never come here again. The only reason I stayed and paid the money was because I had promised my two year old granddaughter that we were going to the jumpy house. Otherwise I would've walked out. Poor customer service!!!!

This place is decent.... I brought my little girl here. She could have stayed here all day and really enjoyed the ball pit, the wooden pellet play pit (amazing alt for sand, kinda hurts when you step on it though... I rather enjoyed the pain) their jungle gym was a little too intense for her as she is 18 months old but other older kids looked like they were having fun.

Family friendly establishment ! The cafe food is delicious ( especially the chicken and vegetable dumplings). Clean fun . I love the no shoe policy ! The only issues I had was the wood cube play area & the lack of parking . The cubes (phytoncide) are very hard on the babies feet & may be a hazard when the kids are throwing them . Looking forward to the maturity of this establishment.

Absolutely loved it! So it's winter time and I just got back from Miami and my 15m baby girl found her love for slides at a park in Miami so as soon as I got back I said I need to find an indoor park for her to play during the winter. So glad I tried Lily & Liam. I love that when you walk in you have to take off your shoes, not only do most Asian cultures follow this but it's so necessary to avoid the spreading of germs and bacteria. Especially in places where kids are crawling or touching with their hands and then putting it in their mouth. They have a nice cafe area for parents and children truly very comfortable environment. The kids area consist of toddler area and an older kid area. Only reason I didn't give it five star was because I wish they didn't do parties at the same time the public is there it's just too much kids lol a lot ! Also I wish they were a bit stricter with older kids I feel like over 6 is too old for you to be in that indoor playground because the kids their are so tiny and small and 7 year olds and over are so active and tough it can get dangerous. But besides that I loved it super clean. I mean I did notice the outside of the slide was dusty I wanted to wipe it down with some windex but besides that it was super clean, tidy and the staff was on point. I can see myself coming again till my baby girl is 6. And we also have another baby on the way so this is perfect. Totally loved it. Also they have three rooms one with a changing table, a toddler kid bathroom and a regular adult bathroom super cool! I recommended it for parents and your little one you'll love it because we loved the experience. Thanks Lily & Liam for this awesome indoor park!

Is this place for kids or adults?

I've been to Lily and Liam a couple of Sunday afternoons so my 2.5 year old could release some energy during these colder months. Unfortunately both time the place gets COMPLETELY overrun with parents. I arrived there when it opened and my son had about 30 mins to run around. We were in the Lego area playing for a few minutes and I look up to see the place crowded. The space is small already and feels even smaller when every child has both parents and then some watching over them. Unfortunately, once the adults took over the play space my son stopped enjoying because of his stranger danger phase. I'll likely continue to visit but I would STRONGLY suggest they limit the amount of visitors.

Lily and Liam's made personalized signs all over the place with my son's info on it! Very thoughtful and cool!

The play area itself was very clean. We went on a Sunday and it was super chill, not packed at all. Paid $27 because I needed socks. There were two men and one girl working at the front. They were attentive to any kids attempting to leave ( mine included lol). The girl was constantly cleaning, organizing, and restocking the entire time. The men, however, were mostly on their phones, and the reason it bothered me was because the place was nearly empty and the bathroom clearly needed attention. One of them even heard me mention it on the way out and still didn't bother to check it. If my toddler had been potty trained, I honestly would've left to take her somewhere else to use the bathroom. I was really disappointed because when you're serving children, cleanliness should be a priority throughout the entire establishment. If the place had been packed or they seemed understaffed, I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to mention it, but in this case it just didn't make sense.

The day I came, 2 children had gotten injured & the lady at the front made sure they were both okay. One kid had blood gushing out of his head, and another got bumped in the face & suffered from swelling & bruising. I also noticed that the lady at the front (possibly the owner?) kept reorganizing the blocks, balls, chairs & tables, which was nice to see. Another kid got a nose bleed & she cleaned it up immediately. The bathroom is clean, which is a big plus. My 2 kiddies played for 5+ hours, we went out to the food court, ate & returned. It was a day well spent. Overall, Go PlayLand at Paramus Park Mall is a great place, for all day play; it's clean/ well-kept, I'll definitely be back.

I appreciate the response from both. I generally like Music Together, I certainly like the idea of it. A few things to consider: Don't let them sway you with class choice - I started my 6-month old, and planned to go into a baby class, but when that class was cancelled due to lack of enough registration, we were put into a more mixed age group class. My son was totally overhwlemed by the kids and the high noise level, and wasn't comfortable until the last class. He is a daycare kid, so he's used to group environments, but the music played was LOUD. I wanted to stick with it because I felt that it would be a good learning experience for us together, but I was disappointed that instead of recommending I wait a season, they put us in a class that wasn't good. The experience put a bad taste in my mouth, needless to say. Now I am gamely trying again for Fall, since he's older, and my plan of attack is to have him get familiar with the class CD in advance, so that we have more of a chance of being comfortable off the bat. Unfortunately, that plan is being thwarted by Music Together. The Bergen County organizer told me that she wouldn't get the CDs in until about a week before class starts, so there was "nothing she could do" to get it to me earlier. I called the main office in Princeton, and the woman I spoke with was astounded at my request. She said the CDs are "at the warehouse" and they "don't sell directly to the public." Let it be noted that I have already paid for my class. So my CD is in existence, just unattainable. I asked if they had a spare in the office I could borrow and send back, or if they have the files they can send me online for now. She said she would call me back and I haven't yet gotten a response. I have a hard time believing that this is the first time they've had a child who loves music but needs a little extra handholding with the crowd and the loud noise. I am a parent trying to help my child enjoy and grow with Music Together, instead I fear that we are going to spent another 6 weeks+ just getting him comfortable there, and completely missing the point of the class. Pretty frustrating, to say the least.

They loved the slot car racing, and the arcade room. I do wish the room was a bit larger, and had more of a variety of games. The laser tag portion, which is located upstairs from the main room was the best part. The kids LOVED it! My group, however, was divided into 2 groups as our party was to large and this is where the problem occurred. After laser tag, we arrived at the party room with only 17 minutes remaining. We were at this point rushed to serve our food and sing, "Happy Birthday". I didn't even have time to cut my cake. Thankfully, I had purchased cupcakes for the children to enjoy. The staff rushed us to get out and clean. They made it seem as if another party was immediately following ours, but that is not the case when I was done cleaning and standing there, no other party came. I gladly would have paid for additional time if given the opportunity. No time was also give in the beginning of the party for set up, which caused us to miss the beginning of the event. I never even met the owner or manager, I was only helped by two young employees who had very little supervision. Honestly I don't think I'd host an event at this venue again in the future.

We decided to bring our kids here on a wet and rainy Saturday morning at 10:30AM to let them get some steam out .... and boy did they. First off, all shoes must come off when in the play area. In addition, it's advertised that no outside food or drinks are allowed, but I observed people with Dunkin iced coffees and bottles of water from outside. It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. As for the play area, this indoor playground is prettttty, prettttty big, as in wide and spacious. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Also, other kids were flying around and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying themselves. I rarely say we'll be back at some places, but I undoubtedly feel we'll be back at some point.
