The place is very clean. We been there over 5 times. The bad part is this place too thirsty for money. After we were done playing with my loved one. We decided to check out but then my son got hungry. So we stayed to eat and the employee told us that we checked out already and said the playtime should be including eating time. That's where their wrong. Cuz we are paying for their food separate. If playtime and food time is together. Then the hours should include the meals. Smh. We felt some type of way. Thank God this place reopened after the COVID-19 closure. We recently had a private play session there and it was splendid. A few changes they made I immediately noticed... 1. They stepped up their cleaning in a major way. They have always been known for their cleanliness, but they are cleaning and disinfecting even more now! The place was spotless when we walked in but I noticed they started cleaning the whole place again as we were leaving. Compared to other places, this place felt a lot safer. 2. Safety! You are required to have your temperature checked when you walk in (touch less of course!) and everyone is required to wear masks. My kids ran around the jungle gym for an hour and had the masks on the whole time without any trouble breathing. The place is well ventilated. 3. You can make reservations on their website now! You can call like we did, but you can reserve your spot ahead of time conveniently on their website. 4. PRIVATE Play! This is new. If you feel uneasy about sharing the space with other visitors, you can book the whole place for you and your friends only! Again, they make sure the place is squeaky clean just for you. 5. New menus. We weren't allowed to eat inside due to temporary state regulations (as of 8/8) but they had really cute and fresh takeout lunch boxes for kids. Some things are still the same. Staffs are still super friendly and we had a wonderful time like we did before. The place is still filled with fun stuffs to do. I am definitely coming back for more. read more

Place has gone downhill - they pack too many people in here and it's a very tight space. The seating area is also crowded with moms with babies who just congregate there for what seems like all day. Because it's jam packed, staff can't keep a proper eye on people - not just kids. I've seen some moms/dads/caretakers be rude, low-class and unpleasant towards other kids. I always feel like I have to watch my kids here like a hawk bc it's just utter chaos. Agree with other reviewers re the owner - he is not friendly, he does not seem like he likes kids, and he is curt. He should not be at the "front of the house." This place is also kind of boring for ages 4+. Yet because it's so wild inside, you wouldn't want to bring any child under age 2. So, take your chances. I have been here several times with the grandkids and always enjoy. I like that it's small, it's very manageable for my youngest ones (and me!)...there is enough variety in both active play and creative play. I notice they are constantly cleaning and everyone is masking, which right now is very good to see. The cafe area and the food itself...very nice. I think it's a perfect spot for the younger ones without being overwhelming, and very easy for the caretakers to either participate or keep a close eye on the kids. There are a million great things to say about this play space. PROS: 1. You can drop in at any time and book as much or little time as you want. 2. The toys and facilities are IMMACULATE. They are literally cleaning all the time. 3. There are many different areas with varied play stations - a kitchen area, a Lego area, a truck area, a huge climbing area, two ball pits and ride-around cars. 4. They have a number of food options for before or after play time. CONS: 1. The area with the small trucks has tons of tiny pieces that are clearly choking hazards for little ones. 2. The cafe serves whole grapes, which are also a choking hazard. So please make sure the little ones are supervised! read more

great place for birthdays. although its a little pricier than most children playgrounds they make up for it with their response time (email is best) services, coordination, care, attention to detail, quality and efforts. probably the cleanest playground i've been to. our family really appreciated what they did for our daughters first birthday. they made sure the place was tidy even during the party and even mc the party! their definitely party professionals. they asked us what her theme was and made signs and stickers with her name and even set up the decorations. will definitely choose this place again for the next kids birthday if we decide to do the party route again. p.s. oh and they also have food warmers even for pizza. major plus! read more

I work near by so I've been dying to try this place out with my little guy. I came here today with my 5 year old son and his two friends. First, let me comment that this place is SPOTLESS. I'm a sucker for no clutter and open spaces with great utilization of said space. In that aspect, this place is great. Toys look new okay space looks sanitized and overall it's a very welcoming and positive open space. The owners walk around and tidy up as kids are playing which I really liked because as a mom that's exactly how play dates work at my house. LOL. Furniture and decor was modern but inviting and soft. Bathrooms were clean. And I think it's a great amount of activities without being overwhelming. Overall, it was very nice inside. My rating is solely based on pricing. I paid $17 for ONE hour for 3 kids due to "holiday pricing". That's really expensive and I don't think it's cool that patrons are taken advantage of when obviously we all know schools were going to be closed today. I was with 5 year olds so I think it may be a bit of a young atmosphere for them. I was really excited to come here and I might try it again but overall I don't believe it was worth the inflated price I paid today. Not cool. read more

Lily & Liam is the best! It is great to have a clean, fun, indoor place to bring the kids especially during the cold, winter months or on a hot summer day. We also love the weekly music classes. The teacher, Mr. Matt, plays the guitar and sings and the kids love the class. Mr. Matt is upbeat, energetic, and engages the kids in song and they sing along and play musical instruments too. This place was incredible. We just recently moved to the area and it's bitterly cold. I was willing to do anything. I was beyond impressed with how clean the facility was. You could have eaten off the floor. At first I was a little off about the no shoes at all policy but it totally grew on me with the cleanliness and the shoes on the bathroom cracked me up. Part 2. I mentioned writing a review and informing the Better Business Bureau.. that's when his tone went down a bit.. We decided to just continue on with the party since there wasn't much time left anyways.. Now, the second pie is finally here at 2:44pm. The party was 1pm-3pm. One of his female staff members (there were three in total) walks in with it and I told her "do you need help with that?" she completely disregarded my comment. I went to grab the box and she kept on walking... there was no way she did not hear me. I brushed it off because already there's been enough going on and all I wanted to do was enjoy our sons special day.. but it didn't end there, she placed the pie on the floor under the table.. my husband asked her if he can have the pie because some kids were still hungry. And she stated "NO" and walked away. He told the lady " since you're being rude I don't need your services, I'll take that pie that's included in our party package and attend to my own guest." Right after that she states that the party is over in 5 minutes and started talking in her language to her coworkers. So unprofessional!!! We still had time remaining and they were rushing us out. Furthermore, they rushed singing happy birthday and did not light our sons candle till after they sang the song. I watched with disbelief. Of course, the kids still wanted to play within the party time and the female hostess told the children "no more playing the party is over!" What a way to drop the bomb on the kids!! Absolutely unacceptable. The next time I'll just book Mima & Create once again because they were awesome!!! Highly recommend Mima & Create! Check them out!!! This whole experience was just unacceptable at LILY AND LIAM. We will never book here again, our guest agrees. We did not enjoy our sons birthday party at all. With all the setbacks they put us through I barely got any pictures of our kids enjoying the open play. So sad. A day we can not get back. I hope this review can be of some help for others. My husband and I took our 1.5 year old daughter here yesterday and we had a wonderful time! The staff is so professional and were always around straightening up and watching over the kids playing. We initially signed up for 1 hour of play and we stayed for another hour because our daughter was having so much fun. She is a tough sell and we always expect she will not be into the places we take her. She was so comfortable playing at your center she played in and with everything there! Today was our first time visiting this place and def will NOT be our last!! Some of these play gyms can be so overwhelming for adults and the kids!! Not this place. It is such a comfortable and super clean environment. The owner even walks around cleaning the floors! Small enough to comfortably watch your kids from a seat and big enough for the kids to explore new things for hours. My toddler daughter absolutely loved it! The women who run this establishment are so sweet and kind. The bathrooms had slippers inside for you to use while in there. That may not seem major to some people but to me it is! We are a shoe free home so these little things put a smile on my face :) The food in the cafe is delicious and reasonably priced. The space was well thought out and bravo to the owners! I have a daughter who is a 1.5 years old. We absolutely love this place. She has been many times. The facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is constantly wiping things down and keeping them tidy. There is so much to do here. They have a cafe area for adults but I have never used it. I am usually supervising and playing with my daughter. There is a large play structure, a track for racing foot pedal cars, a toddler area, two ball pits, block play area, grocery store and kitchen and it goes on. It was our favorite place, but not anymore! Me and my toddler daughter went there yesterday. As usually I payed $21 for 2 hours. After 15 minutes young female worker came to me and asked if my daughter is wearing diaper. When I said 'yes' she threw in my face 'Your daughter stinks, do something with that'. I was in complete shock and felt like I'm dreaming. I told her, that is impossible, because I recently changed her diaper and she already pooped in the morning at home. When she left, I felt humiliated and discriminated. How can you go to your client (who pays money to be here) and say those horrible words without any apology or explanation of situation. Later I went to reception and spoke with some worker (he didn't introduce himself). I explain him the situation and said that it is not polite to ask your clients that private question. Next I saw him talking with the female worker and he came back to me. It's funny, because he told me that she didn't mean anything bad, they just tried to figure out, who pooped. And they already found that boy. In my opinion the whole concept is wrong. How can you go to mother and say 'Oh your daughter smells bad or oh I smell your dirty underwear, go and change it'. For me it is the same thing. I came here, I payed money, I want to feel comfortable and sense that workers are happy to see us here. Instead of that those 2 hours I felt like staff tried to chase people and smell them. Come on! It was just a baby diaper. Even if it's a little stinky, eventually parents will change it. Or may be this place is too luxury for children poops?! We used to like this indoor playground when it's rainy or cold days, or as a weekend entertainment. It looks clean and organize inside. There are several different sections for pretend play and physical activity. They have nursing room and eating area. Unfortunately, the food is nothing special, but a bit pricey. I also don't like, that the space is very limited and it's usually very crowded, especially on weekends and afternoons. When different aged kids play together in such a small place, someone could get hurt. So, every time I have to follow my toddler daughter for her safety. I would suggest to management to make zones for different age groups. Good thing that there are a lot of workers go around and clean up a mess after kids. I just wish to see them more happy looking. They work with kids, but usually look like a robots. I never seen them interacting with children or making nice faces. This is a new business and a valuable tool for families with young kids looking for a few hours of entertainment. The place is immaculate, super clean and kids friendly. They can run around and play safely. There's a jungle gym, a ball pit (for toddlers), a racing zone (for push cars-toddlers), a little construction area for Legos, a big sandbox (not real sand, little wooden cubes) and a play kitchen. There's also a café to order food and drinks from and a private area for big groups. They offer private birthday parties, so I guess there are private rooms. The place charges by hours, and I think an average of 2 hours is enough for the kids to play and for the parents to talk. There's free wifi!!! Enjoy your movies while the kids play! This place serves it's purpose with some quirks to deal with. The place is super clean and modern. The place is a little small but it's enough for my 1.5 years old girl. Clean and fun that's good enough for me and my kid. But like many other reviews have stated the service can be rude at times. The way I look at this is and being asian american myself, I see it as "language barrier". The place is obviously korean owned and the workers are all korean and i think sometimes they don't choose their words carefully to be polite and get their point across at the sametime. So more than often, they just sound rude. Pretty much I just ignore the way they speak to me and my kid. Now the food, I think their food selection is above my expectations. I don't understand how people complain about the food here, most of the places I go to have only hotdog, burgers and pizza. This place has a good amount healthy variety. Seriously, are you here to have a fine dinning experience or let your kids have fun in the play pen? If you want have a nice meal, then go down to the center of Englewood, there are plenty of restaurants. If you go to an outdoor park, do you say the park is just ok because the food at the hot dog stand is terrible? This is a small, clean and well maintained indoor playground period. read more

Clean and not big enough that you would worry about losing your LO. Definitely enough to occupy a toddler for hours. It was only $16 for two hours. That, and there's no additional charge for parents. AND... they have a small cafe area with enough tables to accommodate all families (at least when we went). Their snack menu was pretty good too, with fruits in replacement for fries. From our point of view, 2:44 is a very late time for us to pass pizza and have all of the birthday guests be out by 3:00 sharp. You needed to understand that we had ongoing parties that day. You might have felt a little rushed but it's only our duty to call out last minute because there are PLENTY of birthday party guests that disregard the time and do not leave at the exact time they are given. I am not saying that this is wrong but like I said again, we have other parties too. We're sorry that your kids didn't get enough time to play but rules are rules. We were plainly letting you know. I am not sure why this place get so many five stars so far. My experience there was not so pleasant. It's clean and enough for toddlers to have some exercise, also it's walking distance from my gym. When my kid finished her hour, I purchased some snack from their bar and waited for her to finish it. Then the owner showed up and seriously pointed out that we should not stay at their bar since the hour we bought was gone. I was able to bring my 1 year old here for free with a drink purchase, which was nice. The drink was really weird and we didn't end up drinking it so I would stay safe and order like coffee or something. The place was so clean they had workers cleaning after the kids as they played like wiping the floors and putting toys back. It was amazing. The toys were very simple and engaging, I feel like any age can enjoy them. It was a small area but we went in off times so it was good. I didn't like that you had to pay by the hour at first but honestly an hour- two max is enough. It's nice that the cafe was right there so anyone with older kids can do work and keep a close eye on them. There's an awesome track for toy cars that the kids ride in and these weird little blocks instead of sand, a ball pit and climbing tunnels, and pretend supermarket/kitchen too. read more

The place is brand new so it's clean. Kids seem to love it which is great. However, I find the food and beverages VERY expensive. They do not have a full kitchen or a real chef/cook but the price is too much. And they do not allow outside food so if you have a toddler who just started solid food there's not much options. If they do not offer puree food for those kids who just started solid food they should allow mommies to bring food for them. And their policies are very inconsistent. I inquired about the birthday packages... they don't even know themselves what they are offering and depending on who you talk to prices and policies differ. Again the food for the birthday packages are so expensive! And very strange that they do not want to tell you where they are getting the food from. They have the same theming as the indoor play areas in Korea. In Jersey, the Great Story in Hackensack comes close, but I hated it there. Lily & Liam is not too big and not too small. It is perfect for the crawler through 8 year old set IMO. The climbing structure is more ergonomic than the big box guys' (say compared to Billy Beez or Jumpin Jax). My 2 year old could get though all four (?) stories of it without his siblings' assistance. This is the only indoor playground where I did not have to stuff my plus-sized body onto a child-sized slide, but there is enough room in this one. The play areas are well described in other reviews and the website. It is super Korean-style clean! Slippers are provided to step into the bathrooms. I love that they offer a dedicated diaper changing room AND a nursing room. We went on Columbus day and it was still not overly crowded. I sorta wish the word does not get out to bring too many visitors, but enough to keep them in business. The pricing is not cheap, hourly, especially with no discounting for siblings or groups but I will gladly pay this premium for the quality of the play areas. While the soft mats in the middle of the "race track" are of fine quality, I think they are somewhat limiting in terms of creative play. I have yet to buy any of their food but you may need to consider for food allergies. Several organic or "better" snacks and drinks are available. Would go back for sure! read more
