My kids had a blast at Ninja Kidz Action Park during Easter Sunday! The park is super fun and energetic, with tons of trampolines, cool ninja-style obstacles, dodgeball courts, slides, and even a battle beam and zipline that had the whole family trying to outdo each other. My kiddos were always a fan of the youtube channel with Peyton and Ashton so when this place opened we really wanted to check it out. The Ninja Kidz theme really comes through with bright graphics and challenges that feel like the YouTube show. My kids were pretending to be ninjas the whole time and didn't want to leave. The staff was friendly and attentive, keeping an eye on safety and helping the little ones when needed. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus for a trampoline park. It's conveniently located inside the American Dream Mall, making it easy to combine with other activities or grab food afterward. The only downside was it was a bit small for a trampoline park and it got really crowded since we came on a Sunday. The kids were practically jumping on top of other kids. We've been to Ninja Kidz about 5 times now with our 7-year-old and 2-year-old, and both of them absolutely love it. It's one of the few places that really works for both ages, which is a huge win for us as parents. We ended up going with the monthly membership, and it's definitely been worth it. It saves money if you plan to go regularly, and we usually make it there at least once a week. Pro tip: go right when they open at 10am. It's way less crowded, and the experience is so much better. Later in the day it can get pretty packed--almost to the point of feeling a bit overwhelming. Overall, great spot for kids to burn energy and have fun. We'll definitely keep coming back. read more

I have reviewed Ninja kids before but i want to add an update as i just threw my son a 13th bday party here. Prices were pretty reasonable compared to other indoor entertainment complexes. Our host name was Kiran and he was great! Very attentive to the kids and helpful with the party. He made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. The party area is a bit cramped but it had long table enough for each party. I wish they have private rooms for the parties because one space for everyone can get a bit chaotic. I do appreciate that they offered my sons party a free extra hour of play time but we slowly discovered that on one really keeps tabs on how long any group is in the play areas. U could literally stay all day and they wouldn't be the wiser. Im ok with that especially when purchasing a party package. If you are looking for a fun place to have your childs party this place is a good option. Its located on tne third floor on the food court in American Dream mall. read more

A fun indoor playground with lots of different activities and play zones. We came on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded, which was great. Amazing place but what really stood out to me was the staff. Ryan Kennedy was especially helpful and overall a great memeber of the staff.

Went there to have a simple day with my children tried to purchase two day passes was told by the cashier that I would be saving money. If I purchased a membership I purchased a membership was told I can cancel it anytime I've been trying to cancel for three days now can't get anybody on the phone. Finally got someone to respond on messenger for them to tell me that they're closed and to reach out to a normal business hours all I'm looking for is a link on how to cancel my membership. I called the location earlier in the day. They picked up as soon as I told him I was trying to cancel my membership. They told me they were busy and hung up on my face so now here I am with this monthly membership and no way to cancel. read more

Phew...great idea but the location makes it hectic. The most important thing is that the kids loved it. It's way too crowded during Memorial Day. I'd like to think overpriced but I'm sure someone needs to cover the liability insurance costs. The small area is ages 10 and under, which is a wide range. There isn't really a toddler area. Some things like slides, zip line, should probably state min height weight and ages instead of max weight. I don't know if they would turn away a young kid, but they should for some things. This is a nice once in a while experience and not a place I'll be coming back to. read more

Go early at opening. Stay an hour and half until the crowd gets too wild and move on. The staff member by us was running around doing parkour with kids rather than watching the other kids for safety which seemed irresponsible in my opinion. Once the hour and half was up, we noticed that no one cared to keep the morning visitors moving so by lunch time, it was just a chaotic mess of anyone wearing a bracelet enjoying themselves for as long as they wanted. The facility seems clean and great when it's quiet but once the people start coming in, it's rather unenjoyable with no one monitoring the kids. read more

My son was so excited that this place opened up right before his birthday. We came here as a birthday play date with his cousin to celebrate. It's $40 for 90 mins and $55 for unlimited playtime. It's located right next to the food court and easy to get to and find. The staff here is so nice, they gave my son a special lanyard for his bday. We paid for the 2 kids because we didn't want to jump but we were def tempted to lol. We spent 3.5 hours here and the kids only left because they wanted food and us adults were beat. The kids did every single thing and we did see birthday parties on the upper floor. My son was so happy with how large this place is. He also tried all the slides and the zip-line multiple times. I love that they sell snacks and dipping dots. My son has food allergies and there were 2 dipping dot icy flavors that were safe for him to have, the rainbow flavor was his favorite. We were a little sad they didn't have all the merch options like the small figurines. However, they did have shirts and larger toy packs. The bathrooms have several stalls and was decently cleaned. The graphics throughout the entire space is really cool great for kids. The music is also a lot of fun. Lots of different things for kids to do. The slides are great. My son was so excited to attend a birthday party here. I must admit this is the coolest trampoline kids play park I have ever been to. The kids had so much fun jumping, sliding, swinging, and playing some basketball. The only drawback is the party table are set up upstairs, which can be a headache with kids. Kids absolutely loved this place. We spent ours here. So much so we left to get lunch, came back and had more fun. My son loved the basketball area while my daughter did everything else - especially the interactive jumping video game - which was cool. The slides and obstacle courses are enjoyable. Note - go early. After we came back from lunch the place was packed but still enjoyable. We also used their lockers - $10 for the whole day. It's a bit of a hike to get there - currently the only 4th floor tenant. Serious Safety Concerns! Avoid During Birthday Parties!! I had a deeply troubling experience at this facility that I feel compelled to share. The crowd control and emergency procedures are severely inadequate. I briefly lost sight of my son in the crowded venue, and when I immediately sought help from staff, their response was alarmingly insufficient. They made a single announcement, took down a name, and offered no further assistance or follow-up. There was no coordinated search effort, no escalation protocol, and no sense of urgency about a missing child. For ten agonizing minutes, I searched on my own before finally finding him myself. Throughout this ordeal, staff seemed more concerned with enforcing their sock policy than helping reunite a parent with a lost child. This experience revealed critical gaps in their safety protocols and staff training. I cannot recommend this venue, especially during peak times like birthday parties when supervision becomes even more challenging. Parents deserve better support in emergency situations. ALSO, we had to be in person to cancel monthly subscription. We are NOT going there again! read more

This place is amazing! We came with 4 kids ages 3-6. So many fun activities for the kids to do plus excellent music lol. The manager was very kind as well. Highly recommend for an activity for kids of all ages. Jealous we didn't have something like this growing up! Brought my niece and little cousins here and it was such a fun time! It's located on the fourth floor above the food court. I suggest paying for the tickets and socks ahead of time. We visited Ninja Kidz Action Park today, and while I understand it was extra busy due to the holiday, the experience was honestly overwhelming and poorly managed. The structured activities with lines were fine, but everything else -- trampolines, basketball, dodgeball, etc. -- was chaotic. It felt like a zoo. There didn't seem to be any system in place to clear out guests whose 90-minute sessions had ended, which only added to the overcrowding. For the price, there also wasn't enough to do once you got past the main attractions. On top of that, older teens were allowed in the same areas as much younger kids, and some were overly aggressive, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for little ones. Overall, disappointing experience. Better organization, capacity control, and age separation would go a long way. read more

I absolutely loveee this place ! Just celebrated my sons 11th birthday here today and had the party host Julia and let me tell you it was amazing. The staff are all amazing and our party host Julia was exceptional. She was so attentive to my son and well and the other guest. She went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more thankful. My kids and my guest all brag about how amazing it was. 10000/10 would recommend. Julia is such a sweetheart and definitely in the right mindset for this job. Be careful with this company. We went in August and said we would not like a subscription as we do not live nearby. When we signed the waiver, we were tricked into signing a subscription permission after directly saying no. I am now fighting with my credit card to be refunded for months of fraudulent charges. read more

We had a birthday party for both of my sons on January 17th @ 12:30p. Although I cannot say enough great things about our host Walter (he was wonderful and very attentive), the rest of our experience was so stressful and unprofessional. When we arrived we paid for a total of 23 kids in our party. We had almost no time to set up because we were not given access at 12:00p as promised. That being said there were SIX water bottles put out for our party nearing 60 guests. The guests, the kids, my husband, and myself had to keep asking for more water throughout the day and they kept serving them to us in increments of six. These kids were all jumping for 90 min, there should at least have been enough water provided for each of them from the very beginning (we paid for the silver package). Outside of that, the process for payment was ABSURD. I was being chased around with a tablet and asked to swipe my card for every little additional thing. So much so that my card was flagged for fraudulent charges and was locked by my bank. The people checking in at the front desk were signing in 1 year old guests as "jumpers" which took up spots for guests that were actually supposed to be participating and they could not get in. I was asked to swipe my card for a 24th jumper, then again for a 25th jumper, and then AGAIN as we were trying to sing happy birthday to my sons for a 26th jumper. Although this is a business where someone needs to make a profit, BIRTHDAYS are days that are supposed to be a special experience, A CELEBRATION. I was a paying customer and I was being harassed the entire duration of my son's party even though I repeatedly asked to settle the final bill at the end so that it was accurate and I didn't have to keep swiping multiple times. We have had many many parties, at very similar venues- and this is NEVER the way to handle the bill. All adjustments are made and paid at the end. I was so stressed because of your staff, and could not be a proper host to my guests. To top everything off, as we sang happy birthday we were told we had 10 MINUTES to clean up ourselves. We had a total of FIVE pizzas- 2 cheese (cut into 16 slices for kids), 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni (cut into regular slices for adults). NONE of this was announced and everyone was served just the cheese pies, the adults thought there was no pizza for them. I found TWO WHOLE PEPPERONI PIES at the end as I was cleaning, I quickly tried to pass out 4 slices and left the rest because I had to move on to clean. My husband witnessed with his own eyes one of your employees shake the top pizza box (which had 4 slices left), and feel the bottom pizza box which was full, and she TOOK THEM AWAY! I paid extra for those 2 pies. They were ours and were not offered to us to take home. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT!? Very very very disgusting behavior. All in all I would never recommend having a party here to anyone. I also feel I deserve to be refunded for the pizza that was taken from us. The day was rushed, full of financial negotiations the ENTIRE time, and as I said- unprofessional. It was like we were BEGGING for water the entire time. I just really don't understand how this was acceptable, especially when this was included in our package. read more

I've never written a review before this one. The park is ok, but they scam you into getting a membership. When you try to stop it from being renewed, they make you jump through hoops to get it done. They can't do it at the park, and you now have to go online. When online you get errors and no one answers the phone to help out. Very frustrated. read more
