I have reviewed Ninja kids before but i want to add an update as i just threw my son a 13th bday party here. Prices were pretty reasonable compared to other indoor entertainment complexes. Our host name was Kiran and he was great! Very attentive to the kids and helpful with the party. He made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. The party area is a bit cramped but it had long table enough for each party. I wish they have private rooms for the parties because one space for everyone can get a bit chaotic. I do appreciate that they offered my sons party a free extra hour of play time but we slowly discovered that on one really keeps tabs on how long any group is in the play areas. U could literally stay all day and they wouldn't be the wiser. Im ok with that especially when purchasing a party package. If you are looking for a fun place to have your childs party this place is a good option. Its located on tne third floor on the food court in American Dream mall.

A fun indoor playground with lots of different activities and play zones. We came on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded, which was great. Cost was $40 for a 90 minute play session, which was long enough for my kids. You could also pay $55 to stay the whole day. The attraction is located on the 4th floor of the American Dream mall. The escalator can be accessed at the Coca Cola Eats food court.

Was a guest at a party at this amusement park in the American Dream Mall. Large play area. 2 hour party in an upper level area overlooking the play area. Party host guiding the party through the play area. We were able to bring our own cake and some snacks for the adults while the kids were in the play area. Pizza and soda package for the kids .

My son was so excited that this place opened up right before his birthday. We came here as a birthday play date with his cousin to celebrate. It's $40 for 90 mins and $55 for unlimited playtime. It's located right next to the food court and easy to get to and find. The staff here is so nice, they gave my son a special lanyard for his bday. We paid for the 2 kids because we didn't want to jump but we were def tempted to lol. We spent 3.5 hours here and the kids only left because they wanted food and us adults were beat. The kids did every single thing and we did see birthday parties on the upper floor. My son was so happy with how large this place is. He also tried all the slides and the zip-line multiple times. I love that they sell snacks and dipping dots. My son has food allergies and there were 2 dipping dot icy flavors that were safe for him to have, the rainbow flavor was his favorite. We were a little sad they didn't have all the merch options like the small figurines. However, they did have shirts and larger toy packs. The bathrooms have several stalls and was decently cleaned. Def recommend coming to this place and location. I def can't wait to come back

Amazing place but what really stood out to me was the staff. Ryan Kennedy was especially helpful and overall a great memeber of the staff.

Staff is nice and pleasant and place is pretty huge. Obviously it gets a bit crowded on weekend but kids enjoy it. Just get the membership.

I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. After five years, two birthday parties, and countless visits, I can confidently say this has been a consistently great place for our family.

Parking lot sucked to the point where I parked all the way in the back of the warehouses and walked cuz no one was leaving. I got inside and it was a freaking jungle. All age group of kids were there with at least 12 party rooms, hosting probably 20 kids/adults in each room. My son had a great time, but I watched him like a hawk with tons of older kids around him, jumping in the trampolines and diving into the ball pits. Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best.

From the moment we walked in, the energy was infectious. My 2-year-old daughter and nephew had the time of their lives bouncing around the various trampolines, and it was a joy to see their faces light up with every jump. Whether you're diving into the foam pit, testing your skills on the ninja course, or simply jumping around with the family, there's something for everyone. We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

We started in the trampoline area where the kids just jumped around and played dodgeball/games. For parents there is an observation area on a 2nd level-ish area. There is a small arcade area to drop some extra bucks. Plenty of parking and it's off the beaten path in an industrial area.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The check-in area was very crowded due to the many birthday parties, and the long line was also confusing. At first, a staff member approached us and asked if we had completed the waiver. By the time we finished it, the line looked even more confusing. I had to stop another staff member to clarify whether we were in the right line. It turned out we weren't. The front desk staff responsible for check-in seemed overwhelmed and stepped away twice, so it was a little chaotic just trying to get in. The rest was fun, though. They have a spacious seating area for adults, and overall it felt pretty safe for kids.
