LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Everything! Lilie is so nice, and I love the wife & husband teamwork. It was a very relaxing process that included stretch breaks. And, although I don't have a sensitive scalp, they kept checking in to make sure the weren't pulling too tightly. So happy to have found someone close to home. I will definitely be back! And I highly recommend!!

I am a new client who found Lily on Google. I was looking to get box braids done. I did not know what to expect, but thought I would give it a try as she has so many wonderful reviews. If I could give Lily a 10 star rating on here I truly would. 1. Lily and her husband are quite literally the nicest people. We talked the entire time about anything and everything. Lily has a wonderful sense of humor, I truly could not stop laughing. The environment is clean, well organized, and Lily prioritized my comfort above all else. 2. I gave Lily a very raw description of what I was looking for in my box braids (mostly because I wasn't sure what I wanted... ) - and she basically read my mind. She made it a point to ask as many questions as necessary and check in with me as she was braiding to ensure they were turning out how I had imagined. They turned out EXACTLY like I had pictured them. I am completely in love with my hair! 3. Lily told me it would take 4 hours. I have NEVER gotten an entire head full of box braids in 4 hours, so I was pretty skeptical and told my husband I wouldn't be done until late. We started at 9am on the dot; 12:15pm rolls around and she tells me I may want to call my husband to come get me since I will be done soon. ETA of 1:00PM. When I say I was done before my husband even got there. The braiding, trimming, dipping in hot water, all finished! 4 hours exactly! I will absolutely be back. Thank you again so much Lily!

A few months ago, I was getting ready for vacation and had always dreamed of getting braids. But honestly, I was scared. So many people told me they're painful and uncomfortable, not exactly what you want when you're supposed to be relaxing and enjoying yourself. I reached out to Lily and shared all my concerns. I asked her to be completely honest, and she reassured me that when braids are done properly, they should not cause pain or discomfort. That gave me so much peace of mind. We talked about the design and colors I had in mind, and the appointment itself felt almost magical. Lily didn't just do my hair, she brought a long-time dream to life . My braids turned out STUNNING. Colorful, flawless, and beautifully finished. The only slight discomfort I felt was when she worked on the baby hairs near the nape of my neck and temples, which is totally normal for such delicate areas. The result truly spoke for itself . I received endless compliments. I felt confident, beautiful, and ready for every picture, pool day, and spontaneous plan. I didn't have to worry about my hair for a single second. If you're hesitating like I was, just do it. Talk to Lily and trust her professional hands. She's talented, skilled, and truly passionate about what she does.

She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain (even though I have very thick hair). She was so gentle and thoughtful the entire time--honestly the sweetest. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the moment we walked in. She took her time, listened to what he wanted, and made sure he felt comfortable, confident, and happy with the process and the final look. You could tell she genuinely cared, not just about fixing the hair, but about how he felt walking out the door. The transformation was amazing, and the smile on my nephew's face said it all. He left feeling confident and excited to go back to school, which meant everything to us. Thank you for making time for us on such short notice and for going above and beyond. This is the kind of care and professionalism that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing work! The quality was amazing, service was great. By service I am referring to 3 top things 1.) When my son went to his appointment, she was ready for us. Had to get back on Yelp to leave a review for Lily. I've had the same person doing my hair for almost 20 years so to try someone new was definitely nerve wracking a bit. Lily is amazing. She has such a sweet personality and smile, she made me feel relaxed right away. After a few minutes of discussing what I needed she promptly went to take care my of hair. I was beyond impressed with her and am really looking forward to the next time. She's professional and her prices are very reasonable. I respect her hard work, she is very accommodating to her clients schedules. She also happens to have the same name as my daughter lol! My cousin left a comment earlier, but I felt I needed to come back and write my own review. I never write reviews, but Lily, you made such a lasting impression on both me and my son that I had to share our experience. Your kindness and compassion for your clients are truly palpable. The care you took to understand exactly what my son wanted, along with the reassurance you gave him throughout the entire process, completely put him at ease. Seeing the way you lifted my son's spirit when he saw the final result filled my heart. The day before, we had gone somewhere else, and he left in tears--so to see him walk out confident and happy again was absolutely priceless. On the way home, he told me, "Mom, I didn't want to go to school, but now I'm excited to go." That meant everything to me. I usually go to LA to get my hair braided, but ever since I've moved out of LA and planing to be in the Orange County area I thought , why not find a hair braided where I'm going to be living at later on this year. So I went on Yelp to find on and came across Lily braids, looked her up on instagram and booked my appointment with her. Let me tell you she knows how to take care of her clients when they arrive to her place. She makes you feel comfortable when seated on her chair. She was quick with her hands when it comes to braiding as well as she has a great spirit that allows you to feel comfortable talking to her about whatever there is needed to be let off your chest. I've enjoyed my experience with her and now that I've gotten my hair done from here, I will not go to anyone else . Thank you lily for an amazing experience as well as taking care of my hair. Its relaxing, you're not forced to have small talk you can sit and listen to music or a book on tape or if you want Luly will chat it up with you! I booked an appointment with Lily and was not disappointed! I texted Lily to make an appointment, and it was very easy, she gave very quick and informative responses. At the appointment, she was very kind and attentive to detail. She worked quickly yet precisely and made sure I was comfortable and liked the braids as she went on.
