I am a new client who found Lily on Google. I was looking to get box braids done. I did not know what to expect, but thought I would give it a try as she has so many wonderful reviews. If I could give Lily a 10 star rating on here I truly would. 1. Lily and her husband are quite literally the nicest people. We talked the entire time about anything and everything. Lily has a wonderful sense of humor, I truly could not stop laughing. The environment is clean, well organized, and Lily prioritized my comfort above all else. 2. I gave Lily a very raw description of what I was looking for in my box braids (mostly because I wasn't sure what I wanted... ) - and she basically read my mind. She made it a point to ask as many questions as necessary and check in with me as she was braiding to ensure they were turning out how I had imagined. They turned out EXACTLY like I had pictured them. I am completely in love with my hair! 3. Lily told me it would take 4 hours. I have NEVER gotten an entire head full of box braids in 4 hours, so I was pretty skeptical and told my husband I wouldn't be done until late. We started at 9am on the dot; 12:15pm rolls around and she tells me I may want to call my husband to come get me since I will be done soon. ETA of 1:00PM. Usually we always have to wait but it displays how she values her clients time. 2.) cleanliness was great! Her suite was clean organized. 3.) how long did the service take and the quality.
