My daughter and I tried this salon as new customers. Our experience was abysmal. We were not acknowledged for 30 minutes, then placed in pedi chair and service not started for another 20 minutes. Water got cold, no communication. When we finally had the pedicures done, my daughters was like a gel polish change -the technician spent 12 minutes with her - although they charged full price - and I was told they didn't have time to do my manicure that had been scheduled. This was without question the worst pedicure I've ever had. To add insult to injury it was also by far the most expensive. Completely unenjoyable. Shockingly bad. Go anywhere else. read more

I went there are on a Sunday afternoon. The salon is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It is very relaxing. I really appreciated that. Lena did my nails. I had a dip and tips. Sometimes when people aren't good at dips you get ripples in your nails. That wasn't the case at all with Lena. My nails are perfectly smooth and glossy. Exactly how I like them. I also appreciated that she talked just the right amount. Enough to be friendly, but I wasn't in a chatty mood and she didn't talk my ear off. I will definitely go back. read more

Ok so bummed. The place does a great job and they are so sweet and kind. But I booked on their website and the prices they gave me online were $30 for kids mani and pedi, $33 for gel manicure, and $43 for regular pedicure = $106. I got up to pay and they say $120. And I said "oh online it said that these were the prices" and they said "oh well the prices have changed, $35 for your daughter and $85 for you" and I had to pay the new prices. And I realize $14 more in the grand scheme of things it's not that much but when you also include 35% tip, it adds up and is frustrating. I got a lash lift and tint and gel mani/pedi. When I walked in, I was greeted by kind and friendly faces of the employees. It was my first lash lift ever and Nancy took great care of me. I felt comfortable and cared for during my experience. The gel mani/pedi was relaxing and quality work. My experience at this nail salon is that it isn't sanitary. Although the chairs and tables are clean the equipment and tools that are used are not, which is the m ost important part. I was given a used towel to place my hands on. The e-file used looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week. The file was not replaced or cleaned prior to being used on me. The e-file was covered in dust. The technician picked up a cuticle cutter that was sitting in her box that was used on the previous client. It was not soaked in Barbicide nor did it come out of a package that was sterilized. Also, my hands were NEVER SANITIZED! I question whether the dip that was placed in a cup was not put back into the original container after I left. I specifically went in prior to my appointment to ask if they used a cavitron and if they re-dipped into the container. They assured me that they were. Got a beautiful set of dip powder nails. My nails feel thin and natural looking, and the almond shape is perfectly shaped to what I wanted. No sharp or rough edges. Salon was cozy and staff was nice and welcoming. Love all the new color options! read more

It took 2 hours to get a dip manicure. It took 3 people to do the work. The equipment didn't look clean (they were sharing tools between manicurists), and it didn't look they know what they were doing. It appears they are possibly operating a business without licensed manicurists. My former manicurists are no longer there, and these new people didn't appear to know what they were doing (on the job training -- blind leading the blind). I ended up paying $60 for a dip (and polish) and tip manicure. read more

Visited this place while in town for the weekend. Went to get a manicure on a sunday. This was probably the only place open on a Sunday morning. Thankfully they sat me down immediately. Manicurist was very pleasant and had a decent experience. Only thing is the place wasn't much of a sight and price seemed modest. Only thing is they won't allow you to leave a tip on a card. I didn't have cash and there was no way to leave a tip. No effort made on their part. Should not be hard for me to give you my $$. Felt bad about not tipping but not my fault. Walked in to get my nails done and they told me to take a seat at a station. Then proceeded to tell me that they were unable to help. COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. My friend actually got her nails done there and had a terrible experience as well. Stating that they told her, her color choice was a little to young for her. Unacceptable. Raini Nails has been around for a long time and they still do amazing manicures, pedicures and acrylics. I am always complimented on how great my nails look wherever I go. I have tried other places and none look as good or last as long as Raini's. They use high end products and are very clean. I always recommend this place to everyone. Terrible service and very overpriced. This was the fastest mani/pedi i have ever had. The nail techs were grouchy and rushed myself and my bridal party. The pedi took about 15 minutes and the mani about 20 minutes for a french mani. They only put on one coat of polish and my pedi was gone within a couple of days. I've come here several times and had wonderful pedicures, but the customer service today was definitely sub par. I entered requesting a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The receptionist (owner?) rolled her eyes at me when I requested the eyebrow wax. She asked if I was willing to do the pedicure first, and then she would wax my eyebrows, which was fine with me. Another employee gave me a terrific pedicure. At the end, she stated that they had forgotten to heat the wax. I offered to wait (rather than head to another salon). After a few minutes yet another employee came out and told me to go (with little explanation). The owner (I believe) never reappeared. So, I paid and left and headed to another salon for an eyebrow wax. Despite the great pedicure. I won't be returning. Strange place! read more

I LOVE Raini Nails! I have been going to Raini's since they opened 12 years ago and the quality of manicure, acrylics and pedicures can't be beat. My sister-in-law was visiting from Michigan so naturally, we treated ourselves to a Raini's pedicure. She said "I don't even know whose feet these are" the pedicure was so fabulous! Everyone is very professional, friendly and it's fun to spend time in the salon! They are always upgrading the salon as well, ensuring everything is bright and cheerful and sanitary! I would give the salon 10 stars if I could! The owner is a fantastic woman! Treat yourself asap. You'll be glad you did! read more
