I will not go back. I haven't been in a while because over the past 5 years, every time I went it took forever and they seem to take anyone who comes in even if they don't have time. Today I thought I would give them another chance and I booked a pedicure appointment online this morning for 12p. I arrived on time and was sat right away but was told by my technician that I would have to soak for a few minutes while she finished up her previous service. I was fine with that. However, I sat there for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment or apology, before another technician took because she finished with her client before mine. Then she took forever. I didn't leave there until just before 2p and I got the Dazzle dry so I only needed 5 minutes for drying time. This was a standard, run-of-the-mill pedicure with a lousy massage that you can get at a lot of places around here so no need to go back. They just have no regard or consideration for their customers time. read more

Loved this place!! The girls are so nice, the foot AND hand massage was very thorough. Very cleanly. I couldn't decide on a nail color, and the technician kindly suggested that we blend the two to create my own perfect color that I liked! We mixed together OPI Funny Bunny and Apline Snow and my nails turned out perfectly! I truly appreciated that the technician suggested this and happily took the time to do it! I couldn't have picked a more perfect color! Also, They have a table out with snacks, tea, and drinks, and the technicians were very smiley and sweet! Booked a last min manicure for me and pedicure for my friend. We were around the area and decided to just call and give it a try. The lady that picked up was really nice and had no problem taking us both around 6pm even though they close at 7pm. We got there about 10 mins past 6pm and they were still very patient while we chose our colors. Half way through, I mentioned i wanted to get a pedicure but due to the time I would have to leave it for next time. But the lady doing my friends pedicure, turned and said there be no problem -- there was still time. Excited, I agree quickly picked a matching color to my gel color (they have lots of colors btw!) The pedicure was awesome, finishing off with a nice massage and a very but soothing hot towel. My manicure also came out very beautifully done! Loved the color. & super impressed with the cuticle removal process! Place is nice and clean. Highly recommend this place! Would be going back. Parking is free and location is super easy to find. Bank of America ATM right next door. They don't do tips on card, but you can easily Venmo them if need be. read more

I went to this salon and had the worst experience. I kindly asked if they still did walk-in service they said yes And told me to take a seat at the first desk. As I explained to her what color and shape she ignored me and kept talking to her friend, while she's doing my nails she's rushing through my nail set didn't prep them she just glued on tips, I asked for acrylic and she ignored me once again and did DIP. The nails were clumpy, messy, and each nail were different type of square. Some were round and Some were slanted. She kept doing my nails and I kindly stopped her and asked her if these were the nails and she said no no dont worry I'm going to file them and I said okay no worries, she's done with my nails and she asked me if I liked them. I told her in a kind way how its not what I wanted and how messy they are. She looked at me and then looked at her friend and she started drilling them off aggressivel, leaving me with ripped skin, bleeding, and thin nail beds. I am going to report this nail Salon because what they did was not acceptable and very disrespectfu. I was nice to the staff the whole time I was there and I felt like I wasn't getting the same treatment back. read more

Edit: I upgraded to 2 stars as the manager reached out to apologize. I'm glad my review reached them. I'm disappointed to write this review but I have to be honest. I've been here twice and recommended my mother. Both of our recent visits were terrible. I called and made an appointment for 6pm and was told that it would be fine to do a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived was sat at the 1 pedicure station where the bubbles did not work. It was the SECOND TIME I was sat at that machine even though there were other ones available. So my pedicure water was cold and not very relaxing. My pedicure was also just so-so. My toenails grown inwards a bit and EVERY OTHER salon cuts them. This salon just filed them so they looked nice but didn't care much about the health of them. Then the manicure came. The women asked what shape I wanted and I said "squarish round" which is a happy middle ground between the two. She made them so square that I accidentally scratched myself from how sharp they were. I asked her to round them out a bit and she half-assed by filing a few and went on to paint. Her painting? Miserable. She barely covered my whole nail! She was also extremely slow. At the end she was suppose to put a top coat and she accident put the base coat....AGAIN. So another women stepped in, kinda talked down to her, and painted over everything with the real top coat. When I asked what happened she said "oh we put 2 coats of top so it's strong" but I knew it was a lie because I read the bottles... Then I went to dry my nails. By the time I went to dry it was 7:10? So the women in the salon were packing up and seemed annoyed I was still there. So I'm drying and all of sudden a woman came over and said "it's been a long time. They're dry. You can go". As I got up to leave and open the door I smudged my whole thumb nail. I almost went back in to get it fixed that day but they ALREADY LEFT by that point. So I sat in my car and blasted the AC for 10 minutes. I went home and also noticed that another one of my nails had a weird wrinkly texture? And others had small bubbles in the polish. After talking to a few friends, it didn't feel right to pay $48 for nails that smudged because they wanted to go home. So I went back the next day. When I went back 3 of them were all chatting and just shuffled me to the area to figure out which color I had. No help from them. And when I found it, I had to wait 10 min for someone to take care of the issue. And mind you, they were empty. And when I showed her the nail she asked what was wrong....like really? Yea I didn't bother giving them a tip this time around. My mother also went and it was terrible for her. She got a gel manicure and it already chipped after a week and a half. She always gets gel and never has that issue. Honestly will not go back. Ever. read more

Went here at around 6:20 pm for a fill as it was the closest location with the best ratings. I assumed they would do a quick fill without all the extra grinding and nail clean up since I was the last appointment and they would want to go home right away. This was not the case at all! Tina replaced a broken nail, cleaned up the sides and under nails and shaped my nails beautifully - better than my original nail shape from the first time i put acrylics on and all the fills after! My appointment went 15 minutes past closing time but the staff did not show any negative attitude. I've been to various locations in Peabody and haven't been pleased with any of their work. The staff cleans up the shop thoroughly and has a very welcoming atmosphere. So happy I finally found a salon I want to continue using! read more

Felt very rushed since we had 2 apts at 12 for 2 dip manicures and they started one at 12:30 but both finished at the same time. It was not very sanitary as they were reusing nails files and not wiping down/cleaning things between clients. Finished nails are all different shapes/lengths since the woman never asked what shape was wanted. Also they did not clean the cuticles prior to beginning the manicure. I called for an appointment on Memorial Day and was taken as soon as I walked in the door and I'm so glad I tried it here. Kim was so sweet and she gave me probably the best dip set I've had. She was so precise and attentive to detail for every single bit of the manicure. The salon was clean and super cute! When I entered Faith Nails salon, my hands were sprayed from a bottle of sanitizer by employee. I asked if it was hand sanitizer and received  no response, then I saw same bottle of sanitizer used on counter top during my visit. I had gel polish removed with device that looked like a scalpel and it really hurt, so much so, that I had to pull my hand away. I told them that really hurt only to hear manicurist and co workers speaking in language I couldn't understand. It was uncomfortable experience. I felt like it was me they were discussing. Before I called employee said gel polish change was $25.00, but when she was finished she told me it was $30.00. Salon is unkept and décor outdated. I will not be returning. read more

Please please please do NOT come here. I booked for a dip powder with removal. I asked her to keep the tips on only because I loved the length and shape that I had previously. The color is perfect, however my nails came out uneven, bubbly, and not the shape I wanted after I told her which shape I wanted twice. My nails are extremely thick and they look horrible. I honestly didn't even want to sit in there for another minute, extremely uncomfortable environment. I had to file my own nails after I left and they still look terrible. read more

I normally do not like writing negative reviews but I absolutely have to in this case! I had the worst experience at this salon. Seriously the craziest experience I have ever encountered in this setting. I called on a Saturday and they managed to fit me in their schedule. I informed the lady I spoke to over the phone that if they did not have time it was ok. Well, she assured me they would be able to take me. I got there and informed the technician that I needed a fill and a pedicure. I told her I wanted the coffin style but trimmed as my nails grew too long. She trimmed them and said "almond shape?" I said, " umm, sure I don't mind that" and she proceeded to do my nails. As I looked at them I noticed she gave me a square shape. Not only were they square they were uneven!!! I have never experienced this before. I asked if she could even them out and she blamed the fact that she was looking at my nails from another angle so she didn't see how uneven they were. I then got a pedicure before she painted my nails and saw that my nails were still uneven. I asked for a nail file and started to file my own nails! The lady giving me my pedicure said that she will even them out for me and later did however, they were so short that getting a fill wasn't necessary although at this point I had to pay for a fill and a style I didn't want. It was because of this sweet tech that I gave them 1 star. Never again will I go here. They might be good for mani's but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want a fill or a nice relaxing pedicure. read more

Faith nails was recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to drop in for a long over due pedicure and was not disappointed. I am such a last minute person so being able to walk in without an appointment and be graciously accommodated was a plus. My nail tech was polite and friendly, she took her time during the pedicure and gave an amazing relaxing massage. The spa uses organic and natural products wherever they can. The prices are very reasonable especially considering the attention to detail. My pedicure was $32.00 but because I was a first time client I received 20% off my service, bringing it to 26.00.
